AUDIO TRANSDUCER ATTACHED TO WINDSHIELD OR DOOR
An audio system in a marine vessel may be created or enhanced using existing parts of the marine vessel. One or more audio transducers may be secured directly to the windshield, and once connected with an audio input, the windshield acts as a transparent speaker.

AIRCRAFT DERIVED SPREAD SPECTRUM LANDING SYSTEM
The present disclosure provides a spread spectrum landing system with a low probability of intercept altimeter that is in communication with a plurality of asymmetrically placed antennas or transponders near a landing area. The low probability of intercept altimeter acts as a secondary system in the event that a primary landing system for the mobile platform is denied or otherwise inoperable. The low probability of intercept altimeter cycles through unique pseudo noise (PN) codes to determine a line of sight relative to each antenna or transponder. A single algorithm or process determines and ranges the platform relative to the transponders to effectuate the landing of the platform.
CONTROL AND AUDIO SYSTEMS FOR A BOAT
A boat includes a dash positioned proximate a windshield at a first non-zero angle. A speaker is mounted under a top surface of the dash at a second non-zero angle. The speaker is positioned to direct sound emanating from the speaker through an opening in the dash and the windshield is configured to reflect the sound emanating from the speaker as reflected sound in an aft direction. The boat may also include an enclosure having a reflective surface positioned within a cavity formed between the deck and hull of the boat. A speaker, mounted within the enclosure, and the reflective surface are configured to reflect sound emanating from the speaker off of the reflective surface and through an opening of the enclosure.

BOAT
A boat includes a sound emitter, a light emitter, and a controller to visually and audibly communicate a boat status and an external environment of the boat. The controller is configured or programmed to detect a condition of the boat including at least one of a status of the boat, excluding the status of the sound emitter and the light emitter, or the external environment of the boat. The controller is configured or programmed to operate the sound emitter and the light emitter in a mixed pattern combining sound and light according to the detected condition of the boat. The status of the boat and the external environment are able to be communicated visually and audibly to passengers, for example, via the mixed pattern combining sound and light.

Systems and methods for raising and lowering a marine device on a marine vessel
A system for a marine vessel operating in a body of water includes a trimmable marine device coupled to and movable with respect to the vessel and an actuator that raises and lowers the marine device. A control module is in signal communication with the actuator. A GPS receiver determines a current and/or predicted global position of the vessel, and a processor accesses a memory storing bathymetry data and retrieves a water depth corresponding to the vessel's current and/or predicted global position. The control module compares the water depth to a depth of the marine device based on the marine device's current position. The actuator raises the marine device in response to the control module determining that the water depth is not enough to accommodate the depth of the marine device at the current position without potential collision between the marine device and the body of water's bottom.

BOAT WINDSHIELD WITH INTEGRATED AUDIO SYSTEM
A windshield includes a framework with a bottom trim and a top trim, a windshield panel secured to the framework, and a speaker system secured to the framework adjacent the windshield panel between the bottom trim and the top trim. The windshield integrates speakers just above the deck and closer to passenger head level. The design provides a much more balanced listening experience in a visually pleasing package.
