Surface-assisted underwater exploration apparatus
Systems and methods to allow a user to be both towed by and control a personal flotation craft from behind and underneath while engaging in underwater exploration comprising one or more propulsion devices, an optionally foldable tow shaft and one or more directional controllers. Wherein the systems and methods may further comprises one or more remotely controllable speed modulators, controlled by a user from behind and underneath the personal flotation craft, while engaging in underwater exploration.

LIFT AND DRIVE UNIT, AIRCRAFT, AND SUBMARINE VEHICLE
A lift and drive unit for an aircraft or submarine vehicle may include a hydrogen based drive component for providing a forward drive force to move the aircraft or vehicle over ground, and a hydrogen-based lift component for providing an upward drive force to move the aircraft or vehicle upward. An onboard hydrogen generating apparatus is connectable to both the drive component and the lift component, for providing the drive and lift components with hydrogen.
Subsurface multi-mission diver transport vehicle
A subsurface diver transport vehicle includes a vehicle body and at least one propulsion device. The vehicle body incorporates a number of individual mission modules mechanically assembled together to define a substantially continuous hull and deck of the vehicle. The mission modules include at least one battery module adapted for supplying electrical current to electrical subsystems of the vehicle. The propulsion device is attached to the vehicle body and capable of propelling the vehicle through a body of water.

VEHICLE WITH TRAVELING WAVE THRUST MODULE APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS
The VEHICLE WITH TRAVELING WAVE THRUST MODULE APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS include force or forces applied to an arc-like flexible sheet-like material to create a deformed crenated strip fin with strained-deformations. The strained-deformations take on a sinusoid-like form that express the internal energy state of the flexible sheet-like material after it has been configured into a crenated strip fin. After being incorporated into a mechanism with couplings that prevent the crenated strip fin from returning to its un-strained state, the strained-deformations persist. Actuators may be used to sequentially rotate vertebrae attached to the fins causing the travel of sinusoid-like deformations along the fins. The fin, fin actuator or actuators, power source and central controller may be incorporated into a thrust module. Two thrust modules coupled to a central body via roll actuators and flexible coupling members may form a vehicle with exceptional maneuverability.
Underwater propulsion device
An underwater propulsion device is disclosed comprising two sleeves for fitting around each of a user's lower legs, with each sleeve mounting a propulsion unit, and the sleeves being connectable by a bar between them during underwater operation of the device by the user.

WATERCRAFT
The invention relates to a watercraft (10) having a hull which, in the area of the deck (13), has a support on which parts of the upper body of a user can rest and where the user can hold on to handles (20) preferably disposed in the bow area (11), wherein a flow channel (40) is assigned to the hull or the hull has a flow channel (40), wherein a propelling screw (41) is disposed in the flow channel (40), wherein the flow channel (40) has an intake port (33) and, downstream of the propelling screw (41), a jet outlet (43) in the stern area (12), and wherein a support body (50) is disposed on the stern area (12) in such a way that the support body (50) extends the support by means of its support surface (51). In such a watercraft, a considerable increase in traveling speed can be achieved if provision is made for at least one sliding surface (56) to be provided on the underside of the support body (50) and for the support body (50) to be rigidly connected to the hull.
Collapsible underwater motive device
A sea scooter has a main housing, a left arm pivotably attached to the left side of the main housing, a right arm pivotably attached to the right side of the main housing, a left barrel secured to the left arm, and a right barrel secured to the right arm. Each barrel has a fan and a motor for propelling the sea scooter through water. The left and right arms are locked by the first and second locking assemblies into a folded configuration against the left and right sides of the main housing when the sea scooter is not in use, and the left and right arms are pivoted away from the left and right sides of the main housing in a use configuration when the sea scooter is in use in the water. The motor is sand-proof and water-proof.
