Dry storage, raw water system for marine vehicles
A system for providing raw water for cooling Auxiliary Systems of a Luxury Boat in Temporary Dry Storage involves a pump coupled to a Dry Storage Lift capable of moving the Luxury Boat between an in-water position and a dry storage position, a raw water inlet of the pump is movable between a first position out of a source of the raw water and a second position in the raw water source, and wherein, when the Dry Storage Lift has the Luxury Boat in the in-water position, the raw water inlet will be in the first position and when the Dry Storage Lift has the Luxury Boat in the dry storage position, the raw water inlet will be in the second position.
Boil-off gas re-liquefying method for LNG ship
Disclosed herein is a BOG reliquefaction method for LNG ships. The BOG reliquefaction method for LNG ships includes: 1) compressing BOG; 2) cooling the BOG compressed in Step 1) through heat exchange between the compressed BOG and a refrigerant using a heat exchanger; 3) expanding the BOG cooled in Step 2); and 4) stably maintaining reliquefaction performance regardless of change in flow rate of the BOG compressed in Step 1) and supplied to the heat exchanger to be used as a reliquefaction target.

COOLING SYSTEM FOR WATERCRAFT
A watercraft battery cooling system 1 comprises: a coolant channel 12 through which coolant circulates to cool a battery 5; a cooling water channel 13 through which cooling water flows; and a heat exchanger 14 for exchanging heat between the coolant and the cooling water. The cooling water channel 13 includes a tank 21. The cooling system is configured such that, when a watercraft equipped with the system is on-water, the water can be stored in the tank 21, and that, when the watercraft is on land during battery charging, the water stored in the tank 21 can be used to circulate through the cooling water channel 13 as cooling water.
Hull thermal management system
A system for controlling a thermal signature of a boat is disclosed. The system includes a fluid compartment adjacent to an external wall of the boat. The fluid compartment is disposed between a heat source in a hull cavity of the boat and the external wall of the boat such that heat energy released from the heat source is transferred to a fluid in the fluid compartment. A fluid mover moves a first volume of the fluid out of the fluid compartment and replaces at least a portion of the first volume with a second volume of fluid, wherein the second volume of fluid has a different temperature than the first volume of fluid before entering the fluid compartment.

SELF-TREATING ELECTROLYTIC BIOCIDE GENERATING SYSTEM WITH RECIRCULATION
The present disclosure relates to a biocide generating system for inhibiting bio-fouling within a water system of a watercraft. The water system is configured to draw water from a body of water on which the watercraft is supported. The biocide generating system includes an electrode arrangement adapted to be incorporated as part of an electrolytic cell through which the water of the water system flows. The water system is configured such that biocide treated water also flows to one or more components of the water system that are positioned upstream of the electrode arrangement.
Modular refrigeration system, e.g., for ships
A self-enclosed modular refrigeration unit for refrigeration system comprises compressor adapted to compress a refrigerant. A heat exchanger is connected to a cooling water network to condense the refrigerant with cooling water. A suction line is connected to a suction side of the compressor and adapted to provide a feed of refrigerant to the compressor. A discharge line is connected to a discharge side of the compressor and to the heat exchanger to direct compressed refrigerant to the heat exchanger. A head pressure control valve is in the discharge line downstream of the heat exchanger to control an upstream pressure. A casing encloses the compressor, the heat exchanger, the head pressure control valve. An outlet line has an outlet end downstream of the head pressure control valve adapted to output cooling refrigerant having passed through the head pressure control valve. An inlet end is upstream of the suction line to provide a feed of refrigerant to the compressor.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING STRUCTURAL MOISTURE IN BOATS
A method for removing internal moisture which tends to collect in the hulls, decks, stringers, transoms, bulkheads, spars, and other boat structures.
Air injection bores are formed in the core or other boat structure in the vicinity of unwanted moisture. Pressurized injection air is injected into the bores through a plurality of air injection lines running from a source of pressurized injection air. The temperature of the air being injected into bores is varied as a function of the temperature and/or relative humidity of ambient air at or near the bores.
