11214384 · 2022-01-04 · ·

The present invention achieves technical advantages as a vehicle cabin, comprising a floor system formed of removable and reconfigurable floor segments extending from a vehicle frame, and a ceiling system formed of removable and reconfigurable ceiling segments disposed in the ceiling of the vehicle cabin. Floor segments that can be positioned to form a floor channel, therebetween. A fixture interface adapted to releasably secure a fixture to the floor system. The fixture can be slidably repositioned within the vehicle along the floor channel. One of the ceiling segments includes one or more of a lighting module, a ventilation outlet, a ventilation inlet, a display screen, or a touch control panel. The ceiling segments can be hexagonal.

Multi-place dining table for a vehicle

Vehicles and multi-place dining tables for vehicles are provided. In one example, the vehicle includes a vehicle structure having a first sidewall, a second sidewall, and a floor disposed therebetween. The vehicle structure at least partially surrounds an interior area that has an aisleway extending therethrough. A multi-place dining table is disposed in the interior area and includes a first table section that is disposed between the first sidewall and the aisleway. The first table section includes a first tabletop. A second table section is disposed between the second sidewall and the aisleway and includes a second tabletop. The second tabletop is movable between a stowed position where the first and second tabletops are spaced apart from each other by at least the aisleway and a deployed position where the second tabletop extends across the aisleway and is coupled to the first tabletop.

INTEGRATED PARTITION WALL ARRANGEMENT HAVING A CABIN ATTENDANT SEAT, CARRIER STRUCTURE AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING AND DESIGNING A CARRIER STRUCTURE OR A PARTITION WALL ARRANGEMENT

A partition wall arrangement for a cabin of a passenger aircraft includes a partition wall, a seat arrangement secured to the partition wall in an assembled state and containing a carrier structure, and at least one cabin attendant seat. The carrier structure contains a mechanically load-bearing wall structure for the partition wall, a mechanically load-bearing seat structure for the seat arrangement, and at least one fastening device in order to secure the wall structure and the seat structure to each other in the assembled state. In a method for producing the carrier structure or the partition wall arrangement, the wall structure or at least a main component thereof is produced as a milled component by milling out a solid material plate. In a design method, the entire carrier structure is subjected in the assembled state to a load path optimization.

Buffer zone for interior aircraft features

Several embodiments of buffer zones are provided that are contemplated to be disposed with respect to two or more adjacent elements on an aircraft. The buffer zones adjust for dynamic spacing between the elements to help control different gapping requirements between the elements installed in the aircraft. Embodiments include an aircraft interior panel configuration, an aircraft interior wall panel configuration, an adjustable width aircraft bulkhead, and an aircraft personal service unit.

Pod-centric module integration with a vehicle

A transportation system that includes one or more pods that include an interior space configured to house one or more travelers. The pods can be attached to and transported by multiple different vehicles. The different vehicles can provide for different modes of transportation. The pods are configured to supply one or more utility functions to the interior space. One or more of the utility functions to be supplied from the vehicles to the pods when the pods are attached to the vehicles.

Integral combined monuments in aircraft cabin interiors

Space saving integral combined monument structures for aircraft cabin interiors comprise a common interior wall section in a multi-compartment monument and are constructed to significantly conserve space in aircraft cabin interiors by locating the integral combined monument proximate to aircraft egress areas.

Lavatory enclosure reconfigurable to accommodate a stretcher
11794902 · 2023-10-24 · ·

A lavatory enclosure for an aircraft, reconfigurable to accommodate a stretcher, includes a first wall, a second wall, a third wall, and a fourth wall. The lavatory enclosure has a doorway in the third wall and a door having a first side, a second side, an upper end, and a lower end, in the doorway. The door is operable between an opened position and a closed position. A reconfigurable wall element with a first edge and a second edge is disposed in the second wall. The reconfigurable wall element has a hinge along the first edge permitting the reconfigurable wall element to pivot between a closed position, where the reconfigurable element is flush with the second wall, and an opened position, where the second edge of the reconfigurable wall element is pivoted so that the second edge is interior to the lavatory enclosure.

Slim aircraft monument with deployable workstation

A slim aircraft monument is installable in an aircraft cabin adjacent to an aisle and has an upper portion, a lower portion, and a middle portion between the upper and lower portions. The monument includes a storage compartment accessible from a first side and a door on an adjacent side, the door deployable into the adjacent aisle or cabin space to reveal folding interconnected panels also deployable into the cabin space. The interconnected panels unfold into a horizontal workspace and, beneath the workspace, a series of vertically stacked storage bays capable of accommodating storage drawers and a cart bay configured for temporary accommodation of a half-size galley cart.

Aeromedical Ambulance Equipment

The invention provides aeromedical ambulance equipment. In some embodiments, the equipment includes a module base comprising a mount assembly having an unlocked configuration and a locked configuration. The mount assembly preferably can be adjusted between the unlocked and locked configurations by a tool-free operation. In addition, certain embodiments provide a module base having an advantageous system for releasably locking a stretcher onto the module base.

SUPPORT DEVICE FOR AN AIRCRAFT CABIN INTERIOR LAYOUT ASSEMBLY, RELATED ASSEMBLY AND METHOD

A support device for an aircraft cabin interior layout assembly comprises a fixed frame extending according to a longitudinal direction; and a table comprising a tray deployable relative to the frame between a retracted configuration and a deployed configuration. The tray extends horizontally in the retracted configuration and in the deployed configuration and is displaceable in rotation about a first axis of rotation, substantially parallel, while remaining horizontal between the retracted configuration and the deployed configuration. The tray is displaceable in translation relative to the frame in the longitudinal direction between a first position of use and a second position of use when the tray is in the deployed configuration, while being fixed in rotation about the first rotation axis.
