Pressure relief assembly
A thrust reverser of a nacelle may include a translating sleeve and an inner fixed structure a pressure relief assembly. A pressure relief mechanism may include a pressure relief door coupled via a hinge and a latch to the inner fixed structure. Alternatively, a pressure relief door may be coupled to a frame via a hinge and a latch to the inner fixed structure. The pressure relief assembly may limit deflections between the thrust reverser and the pylon in response to a burst duct. The pressure relief door may release from the latch automatically in response to an over pressurization event.

Structural panel with integrated coupler
An assembly is provided for an aircraft propulsion system. This assembly includes a cowl door movable between a closed position and an open position. The cowl door includes a structural panel and a mount. The structural panel includes an inner skin, an outer skin and a cellular core. The cellular core is connected to and arranged between the inner skin and the outer skin. The mount includes a base and a coupler. The base is connected to and arranged between the inner skin and the outer skin. The coupler projects out from the base.

Thermal management system for gas turbine engine
A thermal management system for a gas turbine engine includes an additively manufactured nacelle component, at least a portion of the additively manufactured nacelle component forming an additively manufactured heat exchanger that extends into a fan bypass flow.
Nacelle cowl deflection limiter
An assembly is provided for an aircraft propulsion system. This assembly includes a nacelle inner structure and a deflection limiter. The nacelle inner structure includes an internal compartment and a cowl. The internal compartment is configured to house a core of a gas turbine engine. The cowl is configured to form an outer radial periphery of the internal compartment. The cowl is also configured to form an outer radial periphery of a compartment exhaust to the internal compartment at an aft end of the cowl. The deflection limiter is attached to the cowl. The deflection limiter is configured to limit radial outward movement of the cowl.
Linkage(s) between inner and outer cowl doors
An assembly is provided for an aircraft propulsion system. The assembly includes a fixed structure, an inner cowl door and an outer cowl door. The inner cowl door is pivotally connected to the fixed structure. The outer cowl door is pivotally connected to the fixed structure. The outer cowl door is radially outboard of and overlaps the inner cowl door. The linkage extends between and is movably connected to the inner cowl door and the outer cowl door.

Nacelle forward part of a propulsion assembly comprising an inclined stiffening frame
A nacelle forward part of an aircraft propulsion assembly, includes an air inlet lip at the front end, an internal structure and an external panel extending the lip, and an annular stiffening frame formed around an axis of revolution and comprising an internal peripheral edge linked to the internal structure and an external peripheral edge linked to the external panel. The stiffening frame presents an inclination relative to the axis of revolution, its slope being oriented towards the front end of the nacelle forward part. The stiffening frame is configured to deviate, outside the nacelle of the propulsion assembly, an object striking the stiffening frame. The stiffening frame so configured is capable of withstanding the impacts of objects without breaking while enabling the object striking the stiffening frame to be deviated towards the exterior of the nacelle.
