A VEGETABLE BOX CAPABLE OF PRESERVING THE PRODUCTS IN A FRESH STATE FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME BY EXCHANGING THE AIR COMPOSITION IN THE BOX
20190327986 · 2019-10-31 · ·

The invention relates to a vegetable box which is capable of preserving the products in the box in a fresh state and for an extended period of time by exchanging the air composition inside the box via the respiration and photosynthesis of the fresh fruits/vegetables, and thus ensuring the oxygen and/or carbon dioxide to reach the target partial pressure and stabilizing the same at these values. The invention is characterized by comprising a lock sensor (6) which is arranged in the internal portion of the body (1) at the section where the body (1) contacts with the cover (2) and which senses the opening/closing of the cover (2); a gas sensor (7) which is disposed inside the body (1) and which measures the partial pressure of the oxygen and/or carbon dioxide gases inside said body (1), and then informs the control unit (9) of the obtained pressure values; and an electronic control unit (9) which, using the information from the lock sensor (1) and gas sensor (7), activates/deactivates the lighting unit (8) and which is disposed in the body (1).

HAY BAG
20190313602 · 2019-10-17 ·

A hay bag comprises a shell and a hanger coupled to the shell. The shell includes a generally square-shaped first panel with a corner and an access hole. Further, the shell includes a generally square-shaped second panel with a corner that corresponds to the corner of the first panel. The first panel couples to the second panel at the corner and the corresponding corner and creates an opening along an edge of the shell between the first panel and the second panel. The hanger couples to the corner of the first panel and the corner of the second panel of the shell, such that the hanger does not couple anywhere else on the shell. Therefore, when hung, the hay bag hangs at an approximate forty-five-degree angle relative to the generally square shape of the first panel.

Silo grain level sensor system

A system and method for remotely managing grain levels in one or more silos includes a computer system communicatively connected to one or more light sensors and grain loading drive mechanisms and/or grain supply reordering modules. When a sensor reports that a grain level has fallen below a predetermined threshold, the computer system generates an alert and forwards the alert across a wireless communications network to a user's mobile device. The user may select a user command to send to the computer system, whereupon the computer system may activate one or more grain loading drive mechanisms and/or reorder grain from the associated supplier in accordance with the response action or alternatively override the user command based upon one or more contextual determinations, the grain loading drive mechanisms able to replenish the grain levels to optimal, above-threshold levels.

Apparatus for Bagging a Bale and Method of Bagging Such Bale
20190270532 · 2019-09-05 ·

A bale bagging apparatus and method are provided. The bale bagging apparatus includes a bale feeding station, a bale chute, a bale bagging station, and a transportation system that transports a bale to be bagged from the bale feeding station through the bale chute and into the bale bagging station. The bale bagging station includes a bag receptacle, a first opening, and a bag retrieval assembly. The bag receptacle is positioned on a side opposite of the first opening from the side of the first opening on which the bale to be bagged is to be transported. The bag retrieval assembly retrieves a bag from the bag receptacle through the first opening. The bag retrieval assembly positions a first end of said bag around at least a portion of the bale chute before the bale to be bagged is transported through the bale chute by the transportation system.
