Automatic bag filling machine with several filling stations
A machine for filling bags with loose products extends along a longitudinal direction of advancing movement of the bags. The machine includes a station for feeding a bag to a pick-up position, and a plurality of filling stations for filling a respective bag, arranged in succession along the longitudinal direction, downstream of the pick-up position. The bags are picked up and transported from one station to another station. The pick-up position and filling stations are arranged at a predefined and equal distance from each other, corresponding to a step between adjacent stations in the longitudinal direction. The bags are transported by performing single translation movements in the longitudinal direction.
Apparatus and method for filling bulk materials into a container
A system and method for dispensing a powdered pharmaceutical into a bottle is disclosed. The system includes a filler having a powder filler head and respective weight sensor, two or more draft shields, and one or more static reduction devices. In some embodiments, the system also includes one or more dust extractors. In some embodiments, the static reduction device is an active static reduction device, such as one or more static bars. The two or more draft shields may include an inner draft shield to reduce small pressure and/or airflow changes and an outer draft to reduce large pressure and/or airflow changes.

TRANSFER STATION FOR API SEED CRYSTALS
The present disclosure is directed to a big-bag transfer station for API seed crystals. The transfer station may permit the filling of smaller containers, such as bags or pouches, from a large container, such as a big bag. The transfer station may permit the transfer without contaminating the atmosphere of the room in which the station is housed. Additionally, the transfer station may limit cross-contamination between filling cycles by employing single-use liners.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FILLING A CHAMBERED PACKAGE
A system for filling a chambered package includes a carrying mechanism travelling in a machine direction and having chambered recesses defined about a surface thereof, a first dispensing nozzle configured to dispense a quantity of a medium onto the surface of the carrying mechanism for direction into the chambered recesses in a first group of the chambered recesses defined about the surface of the carrying mechanism, and a first wiper blade disposed along the carrying mechanism in the machine direction after the first dispensing nozzle, the first wiper blade defining a curvilinear surface having crests configured to direct the quantity of the medium into the chambered recesses in the first group of the chambered recesses and troughs configured to direct the quantity of the medium away from entering the chambered recesses in the second group of the chambered recesses.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONDITIONING AND PACKAGING FRESHLY CHOPPED BIOMASS FEEDSTOCKS FOR LONG TERM STORAGE
The method or process described is directed at conditioning and packaging freshly chopped biomass such that it can be stored for a long period of time without spoilage and such that the packaged chopped biomass is easily transportable and its composition and other properties remain stable.
PACKAGING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR INTRODUCING BULK MATERIALS INTO CONTAINERS
A packaging machine and method for filling bulk materials into packages with a rotatable machine frame and a plurality of circumferentially arranged filling spouts. During frame rotation, bulk materials are filled into packages. A machine silo is configured at the machine frame which has a storage volume for storing a quantity of bulk materials for filling a plurality of packages. Bulk materials are filled into the attributed packages from the silo through the filling spout. The machine silo is connected with a material supply with a controllable closing member for feeding bulk materials to the machine silo. A controller controls the closing member of the material supply dependent on the fill level to reduce the height of fall of the bulk materials being fed into the silo, or to avoid a free fall of the bulk materials during the feeding of bulk materials into the machine silo.

VACUUM APPARATUS FOR FILLING BULK CONTAINERS
A bulk container vacuum filing system includes a base portion and movable portion. The bulk container vacuum filing system serves to position and maintain a bulk container within a chamber, seal the interior of the chamber, dispense material into the bulk container, and draw a vacuum or create positive pressure within the chamber and/or the bulk container during at least a portion of the dispensing process. Base portion of the bulk container vacuum filing system includes a vacuum source and a material supply line along with electronic controls and sensors for operating and monitoring the filling process. The moveable portion include a support structure for supporting the bulk container, such as a bulk bag, in the proper place.
AUTOMATIC BAG FILLING MACHINE WITH SEVERAL FILLING STATIONS
Machine for filling bags with loose products, in particular to a forming and filling machine, in which the bags fed one at a time to the single pick-up position are formed along the line from a tubular material, preferably by means of a forming station provided with means for sealing the bottom of each bag, arranged in said pick-up position.
