INTERACTIVE HUMAN ACTIVITY TRACKING SYSTEM
A system for directly tracking human activity is described. The system comprises a plurality of interactive activity objects such as, construction toys, that interact with each other in one or more activities involving physical manipulation of the interactive activity objects by a person; at least one wearable device associated with the person to track the person's activity by sensing the person's movements, to obtain data directly relating to the person's activity; and a database to record the person's direct activity and at least some of the person's direct physical manipulation of with the interactive activity objects.
Bladder monitoring system
A bladder monitoring system includes a scanning system and a wearable bladder monitoring device (or patch). The scanning system obtains scan data that shows a bladder in a patient and identifies, based on the scan data, a placement location on the patient for the wearable bladder monitoring device. The scanning system indicates the placement location to a user; and identifies customization settings for one or more sensors of the wearable bladder monitoring device to enable the one or more sensors to detect extents of the bladder when the wearable bladder monitoring device is attached at the placement location.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VIDEO DETECTION OF BREATHING RATES
This disclosure generally relates to systems and methods for video detection of breathing rates in a subject, such as a sleeping baby. One or more video cameras may capture video of the subject. The video may be corrected and then a featured signal may be generated from the corrected video. A respiratory rate detector may be built to output a signal that represents breathing of the subject in the video. The signal may be corrected for any double detections. A breathing rate of the subject may be determined, and then the breathing rate of the subject may be output. In some examples, if the breathing rate is determined to be abnormal, an alarm or notification of the abnormality may be generated, or a moving platform on or in which the subject is sleeping may be moved.
Daily Activity Sensor and System
A system and method for monitoring activities of a user. Sensor measurements are performed utilizing a sensor array of sensor tags. User activities are detected utilizing the sensor array of the sensor tags. The user activities are communicated to a hub associated with the sensor array of sensor tags.
VEHICLE SAFETY ASSISTANCE SYSTEM
An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle safety assistance system enabling perception of a state of passengers. A vehicle safety assistance system according to the present invention assists safety of at least one passenger on board a vehicle, and includes: a monitoring unit capable of monitoring the passenger in the vehicle; a recognition unit recognizing a state of the passenger by monitoring information from the monitoring unit; and a control unit carrying out control of operation of the vehicle or notification to the passenger on basis of recognition information from the recognition unit, in which the monitoring unit includes a monitoring camera.
METHODS FOR THE DETECTION OF BRAIN INJURY
Compositions and methods are provided for the detection and/or diagnosis of traumatic brain injury.
DRUG-FREE THERAPEUTIC METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CHILDREN WITH AUTISM
A therapeutic system for children's autism including a management server, a network, a client terminal and a database, wherein the management server includes a subject determination unit that determines whether or not the subject corresponds to the brain type to be treated through the client terminal; a mission presentation unit that presents a mission to a guardian through the client terminal if the subject corresponds to the brain type to be treated; an effect determination unit that determines whether or not there is a therapeutic effect through the treatment progress input through the client terminal after the guardian's mission is progressed; and a result output unit that outputs the determination result of the effect determination unit to the client terminal.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC DETECTION OF BLOOD LACTATE LEVELS
Methods and systems are provided herein for automatically determining blood lactate levels. The method can comprise receiving bio-signal data associated with a patient; processing the bio-signal data to extract one or more bio-signal data features; generating a tensor dataset comprising the one or more bio-signal data features; and processing the tensor dataset using a machine learning model to generate an estimated blood lactate level.
ADJUSTABLE HEADBAND FOR BONE CONDUCTION AUDIOMETRIC TESTING
An audiometric testing headband includes a strap, an anchor, an adult male sizing point, an adult female sizing point, a child sizing point, and an infant sizing point. The anchor is a first type of fastener on a first end of the strap. The sizing points are on the strap and a second type of fastener that mates with the anchor. The adult male sizing point is on a second end of the strap a first distance from the anchor. The adult female sizing point is a second distance from anchor. The child sizing point is a third distance from the anchor. The infant sizing point is a fourth distance from the anchor. Each distance is between a center of the anchor and a center of each respective sizing point.
Systems and methods for managing pressurization timers for monitoring and/or managing a person's position
A system for monitoring a person may include a person-worn sensor device including at least one sensor (e.g., at least one accelerometer, magnetometer, altimeter, etc.) configured to collect sensor data and a processor to process data from the person-worn sensor device. The processor may be configured to determine or access an orientation of a physical support apparatus (e.g., bed, table, wheelchair, chair, sofa, or other structure for supporting the person), receive sensor data collected by the person-worn sensor device, calculate an orientation of the person relative to the physical support apparatus based on (a) the orientation of the physical support apparatus and (b) the sensor data collected by the person-worn sensor device, and identify, based on the determined orientation of the person relative to the physical support apparatus, a physical support apparatus exit condition indicating an occurrence or anticipated occurrence of the person exiting the physical support apparatus.
