PRODUCT PACKAGE WITH INTERCHANGEABLE SLEEVES
Product packages and methods of reducing packaging waste arising from producing customized packages are disclosed. A plurality of trays are produced and a first batch of sleeves is produced corresponding to a first sleeve design, each sleeve of the first batch of sleeves being sized and shaped to be disposed about a respective one of the plurality of trays. Each sleeve of the first batch of sleeves is disposed about a respective one of the plurality trays to assemble a first plurality of packages. A second batch of sleeves is produced corresponding to a second sleeve design that is different from the first sleeve design, each sleeve of the second batch of sleeves being sized and shaped to be disposed about a respective one of the plurality trays. Each sleeve of the second batch of sleeves is disposed about a respective one of the plurality of trays to assemble a second plurality of packages.

PRODUCT MAILER
A product mailer with an envelope and a first card positioned within the envelope. The first card has a bottom surface and a plurality of containers mounted to the bottom surface of the first card. Each of the containers mounted to the first card defines a cavity dimensioned to hold a respective product. A second card is positioned within the envelope. The second card has a bottom surface facing the bottom surface of the first card. A plurality of containers are mounted to the bottom surface of the second card. Each of the containers mounted to the second card defines a cavity dimensioned to hold a respective product. The containers mounted to the first card are offset from the containers mounted to the second card.

Slit Sheet Tensioning Device
An expansion device includes an unexpanded slit sheet roll that is wound on a paper core that is longer than the width of the slit sheet paper roll. The paper core is placed onto a rod member. An adjustable downward pressure is exerted on the paper core and the paper core exerts pressure on the rod member. As the paper is pulled, the downward pressure creates the friction required to enable the unexpanded slit, sheet to be unwind and fed while simultaneously expanding.
Roller assembly, package including the roller assembly and method of using the package
A roller assembly includes at least one roller, an L-shaped board and at least one L-shaped fixing member. The L-shaped fixing member is fixed on the L-shaped board; and the roller is fixed and connected on the L-shaped board through the L-shaped fixing member. A package includes a box and the roller assembly. The box contains at least one hole and the roller protrudes from the hole. Further, the package is used as follows. The box is opened and the matter to be packaged is put into the box. Then the roller assembly is placed into the box, and the roller assembly is sandwiched between the box and the matter. Next, the roller(s) is aligned with the hole(s). Subsequently, the box and the matter are compressed to make the roller(s) protrude from the hole(s). Finally, the box are sealed from the bottom surface to complete the package.
