The present invention relates to a method and system for aseptically filling of flexible packages containing dry cloth. Such a method may include a first stage that is performed in a non-sterile environment. The first stage may include cutting a first substantially dry cloth to a predetermined size; inserting the first cloth into a flexible package; sealing a first end of the flexible package; and sterilizing the flexible package. The method may also include a second stage performed in a sterile environment. The second stage may include filling the flexible package with a medical solution such that the substantially dry cloth absorbs at least a portion of the medical solution; and sealing the open end of the flexible package.

The present disclosure describes a method that includes receiving a plurality of packaging units made of glass; coating at least a portion of an outer surface of each packaging unit with low-friction coating; curing the low-friction coating applied to the outer surface of each packaging unit; receiving a container configured to store the plurality of packaging units; and arranging each packaging unit in the container with the outer surface of each packaging unit able to touch the outer surface of one or more adjacent packaging units.

A layered food packaging system includes: a carrier device configured to convey a sandwich in a horizontal posture in which a layering direction of the sandwich is substantially vertical; a temporary placement table configured to temporarily place the sandwich thereon in a vertical posture in which the layering direction of the sandwich is substantially horizontal; a first robot and a second robot configured to grip the sandwich that is conveyed by the carrier device, lift the sandwich from the carrier device, change the posture of the sandwich from the horizontal posture to the vertical posture, and temporarily place the sandwich on the temporary placement table; and a third robot configured to grip the sandwich that is temporarily placed on the temporary placement table, and insert the sandwich into a bag for packaging the layered food.

Impact dampening package

An impact-absorbing package includes an impact absorber and an outer package. An item can be attached to the impact absorber and the impact absorber can be positioned in the outer package. The impact absorber can be positioned to have a volume of air between the item and the bottom of the outer package. An impact force applied to the impact-absorbing package can cause movement between the item and the outer package that is reduced by the impact absorber.

An impact-absorbing package includes an impact absorber and an outer package. An item can be attached to the impact absorber and the impact absorber can be positioned in the outer package. The impact absorber can be positioned to have a volume of air between the item and the bottom of the outer package. The packaged redeemable code system further includes a paper sleeve having an interior that encloses the paper insert and conceals the redeemable code. The paper sleeve also having a ripcord configured to open an edge of the paper sleeve to provide an access point for removal of the paper insert. The paper sleeve further having a front surface with a cutout extending therethrough. The cutout aligns with and provides visual access to the removable item. The removable item is a different color than or provides contrast with the front surface of the paper sleeve. The paper sleeve further having a rear surface with an activation code that is associated with the redeemable code.
