PACKAGED FIBROUS MATERIAL BALES COMPRISING LOWER SHEET
Disclosed are packaged fibrous material bales and methods for packaging fibrous materials such as cellulose acetate tow bales. The packaged fibrous material bale may comprise a compressed fibrous material enclosed in packaging. The packaging may comprise an upper sheet and a lower sheet comprising a tab. After the residual forces in the packaged bale have equilibrated following pressing, greater than 99% of the surface area of the bale is enclosed by the packaging.
Wrapping machine
A wrapping machine includes a frame for supporting a wrapping unit arranged to wrap a load with a film of plastic material, and a covering apparatus arranged to supply a covering sheet to be positioned on top of the load. The covering apparatus includes a reel of covering sheet and gripping assembly movable along an unwinding direction and arranged to grasp and unwind from the reel and place above the load the covering sheet. The covering apparatus includes a supporting structure connected to an upper portion of the frame and slidably supporting the gripping assembly, and a supplying unit supporting a respective reel of covering sheet and reversibly coupled to the supporting structure so as to be removable and replaceable with another supplying unit, in particular in case of depletion of the reel of covering sheet.
Method for Packaging a Pack Commodity, and Package for a Pack Commodity
A method for packaging a pack commodity comprises: providing a support element having an upper side, a lower side and side surfaces; placing a first packaging material sheet on the upper side; arranging the pack commodity on the first packaging material sheet such that a portion of the first packaging material sheet lies between the support element and the pack commodity and that with parts of the first packaging material sheet protruding beyond the pack commodity; placing a second packaging material sheet on an upper side of the pack commodity such that parts of the second packaging material sheet protrude beyond the pack commodity; folding the protruding parts so that they overlap along an overlapping portion on the side surfaces of the support element; applying a peripheral angular contact-pressure device laterally to the overlapping portion and to the upper side of the second packaging material sheet; and bracing the angular contact-pressure device by applying tension straps to generate a contact pressure in the overlapping portion.
EXTRACTOR OF MATERIAL STORED IN SILO BAGS THAT ROLLS UP USED PLASTIC AND EJECTS THE RESULTANT BALES
An improved silo bag extractor that can collect grain or other flowable materials contained therein. As the extractor empties the silo bag's contents into an accompanying grain cart, it simultaneously performs differentiated cuts on the bag, effectively dividing it in two bands of plastic that are directed to the left and right sides of the machine, where they wind tightly around roll-up assemblies equipped with consumable rigid plastic cores. On terminating grain extraction, the used plastic sheet takes the form of two very dense bales that can each weigh 100 kilos or more depending on the original size of the bag. These bales are then released from the machine automatically, proffering several advantages: not having to manually collect large swaths of plastic, not having to rewind the plastic on a second contraption and accomplishing lesser compaction in the process, easier storing and handling, and lower transportation costs to recycling centers.
Shipping pallet wrapping system
A method of wrapping a palletized load includes providing an apparatus with a first wrapping system and a second wrapping system, banding a top edge and bottom edge of stretch film from each of the first wrapping system and the second wrapping system, overlapping the stretch film from the first wrapping system with the stretch film from the second wrapping system to create a composite stretch film, and wrapping the composite stretch film around the palletized load. The edges of the stretch film may be banded by passing the stretch film through a set of adjustment arms. The composite stretch film may have a plurality of sections, where each section is separated from adjacent section by a banded border, a first section, third section, and fifth section each has one layer of stretch film, and a second section and a fourth section each has two layers of stretch film.

FILM WRAPPING MACHINE FOR PRODUCT PACKING DEVICE USING STRETCH FILM
The present invention relates to a film wrapping machine for a product packing device using a stretch film, including a frame having vertical bars extending upward and spaced apart from each other, a film clamping unit including a pair of suction pads which are moved in a direction of being spaced apart from each other in a state of adsorbing the stretch film so that a front end portion of the stretch film supplied from a film supply device is opened, and a plurality of clamps configured to grip the front end portion of the stretch film opened by the suction pads, receive the stretch film whose upper end is cut and bonded by the film supply device in a wrinkled state, and process the stretch film to be covered on a product in a process of lowering the vertical bars, and a controller which controls operation of the film clamping unit and the film supply device.

Pallet wrapping system with overlapping bands
A pallet wrapping system with at least two guides sets configured to narrow the width of stretch film to form a banded edge on the stretch film. A plurality of rollers is positioned adjacent to the plurality of guides to facilitate passing the stretch film through the plurality of guides. A first roll of stretch film positioned to pass stretch film to the first set of guides, and a second roll of stretch film positioned to receive banded stretch film from the first set of guides, layer the banded stretch film onto unbanded stretch film to form an unbanded composite stretch film, and then pass the unbanded composite stretch film to the second set of guides to form a banded composite stretch film having a banded first ply with a width equal to the first width and a banded second ply with a width equal to the second width.
