Variable Reservoir Device
The disclosure relates to a reservoir device for feeding one-piece fixing ties, OPTs, to an automatic bundling tool device, ABT, wherein the reservoir device is configured to detachably hold the OPTs on at least one carrier unit of the reservoir device, in a row, with the carrier unit having a base and being configured to be moved to or through the ABT in order to have the OPTs detached from the carrier unit; where the at least one carrier unit is a unit separate from the OPTs; and the at least one carrier unit is configured to have the respective OPT detachably attached to the carrier unit by a respective interface element configured to receive and hold the respective OPT on the carrier unit so as to enable a flexible feeding of different types of one-piece fixing ties to automatic bundling tool devices.
Strapping apparatus
A strapping apparatus for strapping articles with a strapping band having a base plate provided for arranging on an article, a tensioning device with which a band tension can be applied to the strapping band, and a sealing device for permanently connecting two band layers to each other.
Binding machine
A binding machine, includes a staple guide portion adjacent to a staple in a staple accommodating portion. A staple driver moves from below to above and pushes the staple located at the front end portion upward while pushing the crown portion of the staple. A clincher abuts against the pair of leg portions of the staple pushed out in a process of the staple driver moving upward from below so as to fold the pair of leg portions. The staple guide supports the crown portion of the staple from a side near a base end portion of the crown portion in a process of the staple being pushed out.
Cable tie tool
A cable tie tool has a first operating unit, a second operating unit, a pivoting shaft, a torsion spring, a cutting assembly, and an extension spring. The second operating unit has two guiding holes aligned to each other. The pivoting shaft is mounted in the guiding holes, is pivotally connected the first and the second operating units, and is movable along the guiding holes. The torsion spring abuts against and pushes the first and the second operating units. The cutting assembly has an activating element pivotally connected to the second operating unit and a cutting element movably mounted in the second operating unit and driven by the activating element. The extension spring is connected between the activating element and the second operating unit. When the extension spring is stretched, the activating element blocks the pivoting shaft from moving along the guiding holes.
Method for Packaging a Pack Commodity, and Package for a Pack Commodity
A method for packaging a pack commodity comprises: providing a support element having an upper side, a lower side and side surfaces; placing a first packaging material sheet on the upper side; arranging the pack commodity on the first packaging material sheet such that a portion of the first packaging material sheet lies between the support element and the pack commodity and that with parts of the first packaging material sheet protruding beyond the pack commodity; placing a second packaging material sheet on an upper side of the pack commodity such that parts of the second packaging material sheet protrude beyond the pack commodity; folding the protruding parts so that they overlap along an overlapping portion on the side surfaces of the support element; applying a peripheral angular contact-pressure device laterally to the overlapping portion and to the upper side of the second packaging material sheet; and bracing the angular contact-pressure device by applying tension straps to generate a contact pressure in the overlapping portion.

Cable Tie Application Tool
A cable tie application tool is described that includes an electro-mechanical tensioning system. When the electro-mechanical tensioning system is controlled by a processor to tighten a cable, a reactionary force through a drive nut that is pivotally mounted to a tension bar can be monitored and measured by a strain gauge, a load cell, or other sensing system. This reactionary force is an indication of tension on the cable tie and is monitored by the processor until the tension reaches a predetermined tension, at which point, the processor causes a motor in the tensioning system to stop increasing the tension on the cable tie. The processor activates a cut-off system to cut the cable tie that has been tightened to the predetermined tension.
BINDING MACHINE
A binding machine includes a wire feeding unit, a curl forming unit, a cutting unit, a binding unit, and a transmission unit that transmits movement of the binding unit to the cutting unit. The binding unit includes a locking member that locks a wire, a sleeve that actuates the locking member, and a rotary shaft that actuates the sleeve. The transmission unit includes a displacement member to be displaced by movement of the sleeve, and a transmission member that transmits movement of the displacement member to the cutting unit. The cutting unit includes a movable blade part connected to the transmission member. The displacement member switches an amount of movement of the movable blade part and a force that can be generated by the movable blade part, within a moving range of the movable blade part.
Binding machine and binding method
A binding machine that binds objects with a tape, the binding machine includes a staple magazine unit configured to accommodate a plurality of staples, a main handle, a clincher arm configured to approach a leading staple of the plurality of staples and a clincher configured to bend the leading staple. The clincher has, on a surface thereof, a first groove that extends in an acute angle direction with respect to an axial direction of a rotation shaft of the clincher arm and has a first groove length and a first groove width, and a second groove that extends in an acute angle direction with respect to the axial direction of the rotation shaft of the clincher arm and has a second groove length and a second groove width. The second groove is disposed offset with respect to the first groove in a width direction of the first groove.
Automatic Bundling Tool Device
This publication describes automatic bundling tool devices capable of tightening one-piece-ties with increased tolerance with respect to the thickness of the one-piece-tie (OPT) strap. In an aspect, disclosed is a bundling tool device that includes a tightening mechanism with a tightening gear unit with a tightening gear, and with a tightening roller unit with two tightening rollers, forming a gap in between tightening gear and tightening rollers. The gap is configured to hold a strap of a respective OPT processed by the device. The tightening gear includes teeth which are configured to fit into a serration of the strap. The tightening roller unit includes a lever with the two tightening rollers being arranged on the lever in a first end section of the lever, a turning point of the lever being arranged in a middle section of the lever, and an adjustment element of the tightening roller unit.
