Strapping tool
A strapping tool has a tensioner for tightening a strap, a sealer for fixing together ends of the strap, a base, and a drive mounted on the base for operating the tensioner and sealer. The sealer or tensioner is a module removably attached to the base. A transponder is provided on the module and a reader on the base for wirelessly communicating with the transponder. A controller is connected to the reader for operating the tool.
Strapping device
Strapping device including: frame defining supporting area to place thereon a strap being processed, tensioning assembly to lock and tension, on command, at least part of the strap, welding assembly for joining, on command, at least two edges of the strap, a first drive member to actuate at least part of the tensioning and welding assemblies, and second drive mechanism operatively connected to at least the first drive member, at least part of the tensioning assembly and the welding assembly, and including a first element to carry out at least first and second movements, the first element defining an intermediate position relative to the frame starting from which the drive member actuates at least part of the tensioning assembly if the first element carries out the first movement and alternately actuates at least part of the welding assembly if the first element carries out the second movement.
CABLE WRAPPING SYSTEM
A cable wrapper has a carriage coupled to a main frame with a plurality of twine compartments coupled to the carriage, each twine compartment comprising a roll of twine. The twine of each twine compartment is fed into the carriage. A plurality of cables are pulled through the carriage and the twine of each twine compartment is secured to the cables. As the cable is then pulled through the carriage, the twine is pulled and, via one or more pulley systems, causes the carriage to rotate. As the carriage rotates, the twine from each twine compartment wraps the cables, ensuring they are secured together their entire length.
BINDING FACILITY, WIRE FEEDING MECHANISM AND BINDING MACHINE
A binding facility includes: a binding mechanism configured to bind a binding target with a plurality of wires; a reel accommodation part in which a plurality of reels each having one wire wound thereon are accommodated; and a wire feeding mechanism configured to feed each wire from the plurality of reels accommodated in the reel accommodation part to the binding mechanism.
Binding device
A binding device that prevents damage to binding tape including a biodegradable material as a base material comprises a pressing surface formed on a resin attachment which is detachably mounted on a head of a tape holding plate, and therefore it is possible to mount an attachment of a shape and material suitable for binding tape to be used. Furthermore, because the tape receiving plate is formed by a rubber plate, the tape receiving plate is able to absorb a shock generated by the pointed end of the tape holding plate entering the tape receiving plate. With this arrangement, it possible to prevent damage to fragile binding tape including a biodegradable material as a base material.
DEVICE FOR BINDING ROD BUNDLES
A device for binding rod bundles includes a tilting apparatus, a wire stripper, a binding apparatus, and a collection apparatus. The tilting apparatus includes a tilting platform, a hydraulic cylinder, and an articulated base. The wire stripper includes a main body, a first sliding mechanism, a second sliding mechanism, a first slide block, and a second slide block. The binding apparatus includes an electric clamp, a clamping frame, a sliding rail, a rail base, and a drive motor. The collection apparatus is hinged to the tilting apparatus; the wire stripper is disposed below the tilting apparatus; the tilting platform includes a hinge hole for receiving one end of the clamping frame. The collection apparatus includes a shaft hole for receiving one end of the tilting platform. The hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the articulated base and the other end of the tilting platform is hinged to the hydraulic cylinder.
HOLE PUNCHING AND SPINDLE STUFFING AFTER BAGGER
Embodiments are directed to methods, systems and packages for packaging the coreless paper products and accessory products. Embodiments include receiving paper products, receiving a container used for packaging the paper products, and packaging the paper products into the container. Embodiments also include inserting accessory products into a cavity formed by the paper products packaged in the container, and applying a label on the container to cover the cavity where the accessory products are inserted.
Strapping device having a pivotable rocker
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a mobile strapping device for strapping packaged products using a loop of wrapping strap. The strapping device includes a tensioning device for applying tension to the strap and a connecting device for connecting two overlapping portions of the strap. The tensioning device includes a rotatable tensioning wheel and a tensioning plate. The tensioning wheel is supported by a rocker that is pivotable to change a distance separating the tensioning wheel and the tensioning plate. The mobile strapping device includes a motor that is operably connectable to the rocker or the tensioning wheel such that the motor causes pivoting of the rocker or rotation of the tensioning wheel when operating in a first direction of rotation. In various embodiments, gearing, including a plurality of planetary gear sets, is used to operatively connect the motor to the rocker and the tensioning wheel.
AUTOMATIC-STRAP-FEEDING SYSTEM FOR FEEDING STRAP INTO A STRAPPING MACHINE
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide an automatic-strap-feeding system for feeding strap to a strapping machine. The automatic-strap-feeding system is configured to feed strap from either one of two separate strap coils to the strapping machine; to determine when that strap coil is running low on strap; and, in response, automatically switch to the other (full) strap coil. This quick and automated switchover process minimizes strapping machine downtime and reduces stress on operators to quickly swap the depleted strap coil with a full one.
