Frame cassette
According to various embodiments, a frame cassette may include: a housing; a mounting structure inserted in the housing, the mounting structure including a plurality of tape-frame slots, wherein each tape-frame slot is configured to receive a tape-frame, wherein the housing includes an opening to introduce a tape-frame into a tape-frame slot of the plurality of tape-frame slots or to remove a tape-frame from a tape-frame slot of the plurality of tape-frame slots, and a door mounted at the housing, wherein the door is configured to close the opening of the housing to seal the interior of the housing from the exterior of the housing.
PRODUCT PACKAGING APPARATUS
Various embodiments of a product packing apparatus are disclosed. Embodiments may include a rotating head assembly configured to selectively rotate all or a portion of unique feed lines, to generate a desired packaging configuration. For example, embodiments of the present approach may be used to package bottles or cans of various beverage varieties. A plurality of feedlines may direct beverage varieties towards a rotating head assembly. Each feedline may deliver a specific beverage variety. Depending on the desired packaging configuration, some feedlines may divert around the rotating head assembly, whereas others deliver beverage varieties in linear arrays to the rotating head assembly. The rotating head assembly rotates a select portion of the beverage varieties to generate a desired packaging configuration of beverage varieties.

Protective packaging in which wine bottles can be transported
A protective structure for protecting bottles, particularly wine bottles, comprises a first pair of elements (10) which are spaced apart horizontally. The elements have recesses (12, 14) in their upper surfaces for receiving bottles. There is a second pair of elements inverted with respect to the first pair and having recesses in their lower edges. The recesses of the second pair of elements register with the recesses of the first pair of elements so as to define circular bottle receiving openings. A ring of cushioning material lines each opening. The cushioning material is in the form of semi-circular strips, the strips of registering recesses forming a ring, or in the form of a complete ring. Each ring includes a web (24) which lies against the semi-circular faces (20, 22) of the recesses (12, 14) and flanges (26) which lie against the side faces of the elements (10).

Tray flip unloader
A mailpiece transfer apparatus uses a transfer box to unload a plurality of mailpieces from an open tray, while maintaining an orientation alignment of the flat items. The tray is placed in the transfer box, after which the transfer box, holding the tray, is rotated to cause the mailpieces to rest against a cover of the transfer box. The tray is then removed, and the transfer box rotated again, allowing the substantially flat items to rest against a bottom of the transfer box, but without the tray. The mailpieces are then guided to a next workstation. The mailpieces may be edged for delivery to the next workstation.
Inflatable packaging vessel for fragile articles
An inflatable packaging for storing multiple glass bottles made from a sheet that has a longitudinal axis and a traverse axis. The sheet is folded along six or more traverse fold lines spaced from each other to form a row of two or more pouches. The inflatable packaging can have two or more of such rows separated by a line of weakness. Each pouch has a front wall, a rear wall, a base, and an open-top for storing the glass bottle. Two adjacent pouches are separated by a dividing panel, wherein the dividing panel is corrugated in a biconcave shape.
