EGG CARTON INSERT
An egg carton insert includes an N row by M column array of interconnected domes. Each dome is sized to enclose a top portion of an egg. Each dome is connected to each neighboring dome in the array. The array of domes forms an opening between each group of four adjacent domes. The array is arranged such that each dome corresponds to a dimple of an egg carton into which the insert can be placed. The overall dimensions of the egg carton insert are such that the egg carton can be closed when the insert is placed over one egg occupying each dimple of the egg carton.
Depalletiser for trays of eggs
Described is a depalletizer for trays of eggs, comprising a head movable in space and comprising a plurality of elements for forking a tray of eggs and a unit for controlling means for moving the head designed to control the movement of the head in space. More specifically, the depalletizer comprises image acquisition means which are facing the tray of eggs and designed to acquire at least an image of a predetermined side of the tray to be depalletized. The control unit is designed to process the image for the purpose of identifying the position in space of the empty areas of the predetermined side of the tray for insertion of the forking elements of the head.

Electronic component removal apparatus for a circuit board
A removal apparatus includes a main body, a carrying device, a heating device and a brush device. The carrying device is disposed on the main body, and includes a holding module for holding a circuit board. The heating device is disposed on the main body for heating up the circuit board to melt bonding material that bonds electronic components and a board body of the circuit board. The brush device is disposed on the main body, and includes at least one brush body that is made of heat-resistant material, and that is operable to move relative to a surface of the circuit board to remove the electronic components from the board body after the bonding material are melted.
Tray supply device and egg sorting device
A tray supply device that reduces effort and burden involved in an operation is provided. The present tray supply device includes a tray storage unit, a detection unit, and a distribution unit. The tray storage unit is provided so as to correspond to one of a plurality of accommodation units that cause eggs to be accommodated in trays. The detection unit detects the amount of the trays stored in each tray storage unit. The distribution unit distributes empty trays to each tray storage unit in accordance with a detection result of the detection unit. An orientation change unit is further included, which changes the orientation of the trays so that the trays are accommodable in each tray storage unit.
