Conveyor device for conveying food products
A method for formatting food products on a conveyor device includes a) receiving the food products in a plurality of parallel conveyor tracks, some of which include product gaps; b) outputting the food products into the parallel conveyor tracks in a specific product format; c) detecting the product supply in the conveyor tracks incoming on the input side individually for each of the conveyor tracks; and d) filling the product gaps in the conveyor tracks with food products, so that on the output side all of the parallel conveyor tracks are supplied with the food products. The product gaps are also filled with food products from a product buffer in that at least one of the food products is transferred from the product buffer to the conveyor track only when an odd number of product gaps exist in one of the conveyor tracks.
Process of Meat Packaging
A grocery meat product is provided having a tray receiving a raw, fresh, mixed meat product and covered with clear stretch film, the raw mixed meat product having: ten parts by weight raw, fresh beef having a meat-to-fat ratio of 80/20, six parts by weight raw, fresh pork shoulder having a meat-to-fat ratio of 72/38, and four parts by weight raw, fresh applewood-smoked bacon, said beef, said pork shoulder and said applewood-smoked bacon ground mixed together and presented on said tray for sale.
Method for packaging and processing food products
A method for packaging and processing products in a continuously operating production line, including filling individual packaging containers with products in a filling station; dispensing the filled containers to an individualizing device in multiple tracks by a dispensing station, the individualizing device transferring the packaging containers onto a single track of a conveyor; transporting the containers by the conveyor one after another to at least one additional processing station, and operating the individualizing device in one of the following three operating modes: a) a normal mode in which the packaging containers are transferred from the dispensing station onto the single track of the conveyor, b) an on-stock mode in which the packaging containers are transferred from the dispensing station to a temporary store, and c) a low-load mode in which the packaging containers are transferred from the temporary store onto the single track of the conveyor.
PACKAGING
A method of packaging live seafood including the steps of providing a sealable container, wherein the container includes a plastic tray having an interior volume and an upper peripheral edge, placing the live seafood in the container, and replacing the atmospheric gas in the container with a gas mixture including only CO.sub.2 and O.sub.2, with an O.sub.2 content of at least 50% by volume, and a CO.sub.2 content of at least 20% by volume, and sealing the container with a layer of flexible film including a sheet of flexible sealable film sealed to the upper edge of the tray, the flexible film having an Oxygen Transmission Rate (OTR) of at least 1500.
Housed line for processing and packaging food
A line for processing and packaging food. The line has at least one processing station for processing the food and at least one packaging station for packaging the processed food. The processing station and the packaging station are housed in an interior of a common housing.
Housed line for processing and packaging food
A line for processing and packaging food. The line has at least one processing station for processing the food and at least one packaging station for packaging the processed food. The processing station and the packaging station are housed in an interior of a common housing.
Configurable assembly for conveying products, in particular sliced food products
A configurable assembly is provided for conveying products along a longitudinal direction; the assembly has a supporting structure and at least two conveyor units; at least one of said units is provided with at least two tracks which receive, in use, respective products and diverge from or converge towards each other along a lateral direction, proceeding longitudinally from an inlet to an outlet; the units are movable with respect to the supporting structure by the action of an actuator device between a working area and at least one storage area, so as to selectively arrange one of said units in the working area.
PROCESS FOR PROCESSING MEAT PRODUCT INTO COOKED, SLICED FORM
A process for processing protein product involves providing a meat product in a raw state, searing at least one outside surface of the meat product so that the meat product, save for the at least one outside surface, remains in the raw state, slicing the meat product into a plurality of slices, vacuum sealing a stack of the slices within a pouch with the slices of the stack directly stacked together, and cooking the vacuum sealed slices of the stack stacked together such that, during the cooking, the cut faces of the stacked slices remain in contact with one another to essentially maintain the size and entire outer surface shape of the stack to have the size and entire outer surface shape of the entirety of the stack prior to the slicing, and such that the slices do not coagulate together as a result of the vacuum sealing and cooking.
ROBOT GRIPPER
A robot gripper that takes stacked patties from a conveyor and moves them to a packaging device.
CONVEYOR DEVICE FOR CONVEYING FOOD PRODUCTS
A method of using a conveyor device is provided for conveying food products in stacks or interleaved units made of a plurality of slices of cheese or meat products. The method formats the food products in a specific product format on a plurality of parallel conveyor tracks, and fills a product gap on one of the plurality of parallel conveyor tracks incoming on the input side with a food product so that on the output side all parallel conveyor tracks are supplied with the food products.
