STACKING AND STRAPPING SYSTEM FOR LUMBER PACKAGES
A lumber stacking and strapping system can provide a single-station solution for both lumber stacking and package strapping. In addition, the package strapping system may apply multiple straps simultaneously to the package. For example, a package stacking and strapping system can provide not only a mechanism for formulating a package of lumber one layer at a time, but also a mechanism for lowering a completed package directly into a compression and strapping station, such as using the lumber stacker package accumulation hoist. The stacking and strapping system can then simultaneously apply strapping around the package in multiple positions along the length of the package, with bottom battens and top corner protectors further supplied and strapped into place as desired. A method for stacking and strapping a package in a single location is also provided.

Label and bundling assembly for use with goods
A label and bundling assembly is disclosed that includes a label having a first end and a second end, an attachment component having a first point, a second point, a top side and an underside comprising a waterproof adhesive, wherein the adhesive is fully coated on the underside, and a bunching component, wherein the first point of the attachment component is coupled with the second end of the label, wherein the bunching component is secured to the adhesive of the attachment component, and wherein the second point of the attachment component is brought around a portion of the bunching component and the underside of the second point of the attachment component is brought into contact with the underside of the first point, such that the first point, the second point, and the bunching component form a waterproof seal. Methods of using contemplated embodiments are also disclosed.
SYSTEM, DEVICE AND METHOD TO FACILITATE TYING A KNOT
A system, device and method to facilitate tying a knot are provided. In the context of a device, the device includes a fixture defining an internal passage therethrough. The fixture defines a circumferential groove opening through an interior surface of the fixture and into the internal passage. The groove includes first and second groove portions that cross one another. Opposite ends of the groove are coincident and open through an exterior surface of the fixture. With relation to a system, the system includes a fixture and a lead member supply mechanism configured to alternately feed a lead member through the groove and to withdraw the lead member from the groove once the tie member is connected thereto.

Tool for tightening strapping
A clamping device is mounted to the pusher tensioner to clamp a portion of strapping to be applied to a load during tensioning of an opposite end of the strapping. In one example, the clamping device includes a clamping plate mounted to define a clamping space between the clamping plate and a portion of the pusher tensioner. A metal seal having a pusher sealer configuration with serrations on inner surfaces of the metal seal can be used with the tool to secure plastic strapping.

Electric wire bundling robot
A robot hand includes a gripping mechanism. The gripping mechanism includes a pair of gripping claws that perform opening and closing operations in a horizontal direction intersecting with an extending direction of an electric wire. The gripping claw has a lower claw portion that functions as a scooping claw by moving obliquely upward from below. Before or during a bundling operation, a control device of a robot causes the lower claw portion of the gripping claw to move obliquely upward from below to scoop up all electric wires to be bundled.
