A biodegradable whole leaf pillow tea bag is provided, along with a system and method for manufacturing biodegradable whole leaf pillow tea bags. The method for manufacturing the whole leaf pillow tea bags includes the steps of providing a biodegradable infusion substrate having two opposing edge; creating a sleeve from the biodegradable infusion substrate by infusing the two opposing edges of the substrate together and closing the sleeve at its bottom; placing whole leaf tea in the bottom of the sleeve; vertically feeding the sleeve containing the whole leaf tea into a heat sealing machine that will, at predetermined intervals create heat seals across the sleeve to create pillow bags; cutting the pillow bags from one another across the heat seal. In one example, the biodegradable infusion substrate may contain hemp and/or the whole leaf tea may be infused with CBD oil or other supplements. The same method of manufacturing may be used to create a biodegradable pillow bag containing coffee.

A quick self-making tool for a coffee capsule includes a die holder and a pressing die. A die cavity for containing a capsule shell is formed in the die holder, a sealing film is laid on an opening of the capsule shell, the sealing film seals the opening of the capsule shell through pressing of the pressing die to make the coffee capsule, and a guide piece is arranged on the die holder, and is configured to guide the sealing film to be coaxially aligned with the capsule shell before being pressed and guide up-down vertical movement of the pressing die during pressing. The pressing die evenly press an outer ring of the capsule shell, the sealing effect of the sealing film and the capsule shell is improved, and the situation that the sealing film and the top face of the capsule shell are not combined firmly is avoided.

Device for transporting ready-cut and filled pieces of tube

The present invention relates to a device for transporting ready-cut and filled pieces of tube. In order to simplify the structural design of a device for transporting ready-cut and filled pieces of tube within a machine for producing double-chamber bags filled with brewable material, having a transport wheel, which has distributed over its circumference a plurality of double-chamber bag forming sets comprising a leading arm and a trailing arm and a profile part provided therebetween and being radially movable and supporting a bottom of a double-chamber bag, and which is rotatably mounted under a cover arranged in the vicinity of the upper vertex of the transport wheel, the present invention proposes that the arms are swivelably mounted eccentrically to the axis of rotation of the transport wheel and that the arms of adjacent double-chamber bag forming sets are swivelably mounted on a common swivel axis.
