A non-addictive analgesic sustained-release drug delivery system, comprising: (1) a narcotic analgesic drug having a concentration of 1 mg/ml-160 mg/ml, the drug being selected from a group consisting of: a local analgesic drug, and the combination of the local analgesic drug and a nonsteroidal analgesic drug and/or an opioid analgesic drug; (2) a drug menstruum in a proportion of 1%-75% (v/v), the menstruum being selected from a group consisting of benzyl alcohol, ethanol, benzyl benzoate, ethyl lactate, and tetrahydrofurfuryl polyethylene glycol ether; and (3) a drug sustained-release formulation having a proportion of 25%-99% (v/v), the sustained-release formulation being selected from a group consisting of natural vegetable oil, synthetic lipid, artificially improved half-natural lipid and derivative thereof. Also disclosed are a preparation process and use of the sustained-release drug delivery system.

Assembling apparatus

An assembling apparatus efficiently performs a recovery operation and a parts size change operation. A filling line (the assembling apparatus) has parts supply units that supply parts, assembling units that mount one of the parts to another part, and a conveying unit that individually moves carriers 12 capable of storing parts constituting an assembly. The parts supply units are provided at positions away from the assembling units, the assembling units are accommodated in an isolator having an interior maintained in an aseptic state, and gloves to perform an operation on the assembling units are provided on a side surface of the isolator. The supply units store the parts in one of the carriers, the carrier then moves into the isolator, and the assembling units take the part from the carrier, and mounts the part to the other part stored in the same carrier.

FOOD PRODUCT INJECTOR AMENDMENT APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF

The invention comprises an apparatus and a method for amending a food product, comprising the steps of: (1) receiving into a second geographic zone the food product from a first geographic zone, where packaging greater than five milligrams per serving of tetrahydrocannabinol in the food product is: (a) illegal in the first geographic zone and (b) legal in the second geographic zone; (2) forming a composition of the tetrahydrocannabinol comprising a viscosity of less than 2,000 mPa.Math.sec; (3) injecting the food product with the composition of tetrahydrocannabinol to form an amended food product; and optionally (4) forming an emulsion of the tetrahydrocannabinol, an emulsifier, and water, the emulsion comprising, excluding particle sizes of less than 20 nm, a mean particle size of less than 1000 nm and a viscosity of less than 100 mPa.Math.sec.
