Liquid distribution system
A liquid distribution system is provided that allows for filling multiple liquid-holding containers simultaneously and evenly. The system includes a hollow-bodied unit with a plurality of bowl-shaped channels and corresponding spouts that is structured such that liquids can be collected and drained out at one time into multiple bottles or other containers situated below the hollow-bodied unit and held in a structure unit below.
Communion cup filler apparatus and method
A communion cup filler apparatus that fills a full tray of serving cups simultaneously within several seconds. Each of a plurality of serving cups is positioned in an associated aperture in the tray. A distributor is attached above a base. The distributor includes a plurality of sloped polygon shapes, wherein each polygon shape includes an outlet hole; The tray is aligned between the base and distributor. A liquid is poured onto the distributor and is evenly divided among the serving cups.
Rotary filling machine
A rotary filling machine for filling containers with bridgeable dry materials includes a turret supporting a plurality of circumferentially spaced drop buckets and a plurality of funnel assemblies located under the drop buckets. A stationary slide plate is located vertically between the funnel assemblies and the drop buckets. When viewed in a direction of turret rotation, the slide plate has an upstream end, a downstream end, and inner and outer edges. A portion of the slide plate is tapered progressively in diameter toward its downstream end such that flow paths from the bottoms of the drop buckets to the inlet openings of the funnel assemblies increase progressively in diameter with the taper of the slide plate. Also provided is a funnel assembly that dilates bridgeable materials before dispensing those materials into a container.
FILLING DEVICE
A filling device (10) comprises a filler nozzle (12) comprising a plurality of capillaries (14), and a filler valve (16), which is moveable relative to the filler nozzle (12). The filler valve (16) comprises a sealing plate (18) and a sealing component (20) moveable relative to the sealing plate (18). The sealing plate (18), when in contact with the filler nozzle (12), closes a plurality of the capillaries (14) but leaves at least one main capillary (14a) open. The sealing component (20) closes the at least one main capillary (14a) and is operable to create pressure along the at least one main capillary (14a).
Blister packing device and blister pack packing method
A blister packing device and a blister pack packing method are provided. The blister packing device includes a frame, a main hopper attached to the frame and configured to receive tablets, a rotation module located below the main hopper and including a plurality of cells and configured to sequentially receive the tables in the plurality of cells and convey the plurality of cells containing the tablets to a discharge region, and a buffer including a plurality of areas physically divided and configured to receive the tablets in the plurality of areas corresponding to a plurality of cells located in the discharge region and discharge the tablets to a blister pack.
Rotary filling machine
A rotary filling machine includes a hub member and a hub insert. The hub member includes an internal bore defining an inner surface portion with a plurality of material transfer openings. The hub insert includes a portion disposed within the bore, wherein the portion includes an outer surface portion that includes a plurality of material transfer openings. One of the hub member or the hub insert is rotatable and the other of the hub member or the hub insert is stationary.
Method for producing individual dosing quantities via a drum dosing device
A method is for producing individual dosing quantities of a powdered product via a drum dosing device. Individual masses of multiple ejected dosing quantities are sequentially determined. A mass mean value is formed and compared to a predetermined inner target mass range. If the mass mean value is inside the range, the level of the partial vacuum acting on the dosing opening in the filling position remains unchanged, and the above formation of a mass mean value begins anew. If the mass mean value is outside the range, an adapted partial vacuum is ascertained such that in the case of excessively low mass mean value, the level of the partial vacuum is increased, and in the case of excessively high mass mean value, the level of the partial vacuum is decreased. The adapted partial vacuum is applied to the dosing opening in the filling position.

Automated filling of cartridge array with viscous liquid utilizing annular nozzles
A system to automate the filling of electronic vape cartridges with viscous liquid. The system includes an enclosure sealed with removable panels for maintenance access, compartments to interface cartridges and liquids with the internal mechanisms, and an external human machine interface. The internal mechanisms utilize thermally insulative annular nozzles and a thermal control system to diminish the internal friction of the liquid to facilitate consistent transfer of liquid between a reservoir, heated by a heated bed, syringe assembly, comprising a heating element along a raceway, and empty cartridges inserted into the system. This system is capable of filling approximately 100 cartridges per minute, and may interface with cartridges of various configurations and formulations of varying composition and characteristics.
Device, system and method for dosing a pasty food product with solid pieces and a sauce into a container
The invention relates to a device for dosing into a container (2) a pasty food product including solid pieces and a sauce. The device comprises an metering nozzle (1) comprising a main outlet to which the pasty food product with solid pieces is provided by a first channel (13) of the nozzle (1), and at least two peripheral outlets situated at a periphery of the main outlet to which the sauce is provided by corresponding second channels (14). The device comprises a support (3) for holding a container (2) to be filled from the nozzle (1), and is configured so that the metering nozzle moves, relative to the support (3), following a path around a central axis of said support.
