Pierce and fill device
A pierce and fill connector cap for a vial sealed by an elastomeric septum includes a vial collar and a needle holder. The vial collar body defines a collar aperture to be positioned in overlying registry with the septum of the vial, and the needle holder includes a needle holder body providing a means for holding an elongate needle in registry with the collar aperture. The needle holder body being moveable with respect to said vial collar between a first position spaced from the vial collar and a second position proximate the vial collar, such that a needle held by the needle holder will puncture through the vial septum.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PACKAGING POWDERS
The present document presents a system and a method for packaging powders in containers (S) through a hopper (T) and a first tube (TC) connected to the hopper (T). Air is sucked both in the area of the first tube and in the area of the hopper. The powder is then drawn directly from inside the hopper thus keeping the flow rate and the degree of compacting of the system constant. Moreover, the powder sucked inside the first tube is thus compacted and can be conveyed compacted towards the outlet. In this way it is possible to control the dosing of the product exiting from the system with high precision.
Content filling apparatus and content filling method using same
The present disclosure relates to a content charging device for a container apparatus in which a liquid is stored, and a content charging method using the same. In the content charging device of the present disclosure, the container apparatus includes an external container in which a storage space is formed and which includes a container-side opening communicating with the storage space; and a pouch assembly installed on the external container. The container apparatus according to the present disclosure is configured to be able to store a viscous liquid, and has an effect of providing a device, a container, and a method of producing the same, capable of wholly using a content.

APPLICATOR APPARATUS, MOUTH FILL DEVICES, COLLAPSIBLE CONTAINERS AND METHODS
Mouth fill devices can be mounted with respect to a mouth of a liquid container. The mouth fill device can include a circumferential shroud circumscribing an axis of the mouth fill device. The circumferential shroud can include an interior surface defining an interior passage extending along the axis. The interior passage can include a liquid fill passage. The mouth fill devices can further include a protrusion mounted relative to the circumferential shroud and extending within the interior passage. The protrusion can include an interior passageway extending through the protrusion that defines a liquid dispensing passage. The fluid fill passage can be disposed outside of the liquid dispensing passage.
Applicator apparatus, mouth fill devices, collapsible containers and methods
Applicator apparatus can include a circumferential wall and a support arm movably mounted relative to the circumferential wall. The support arm can include a protrusion extending in an axial direction within an interior passage of the circumferential wall. Methods of assembling the apparatus are provided in further embodiments. Methods of introducing an additive are provided in further embodiments. In further embodiments, a mouth fill device can include a circumferential shroud. In some embodiments, a plurality of apertures can be disposed in a circumferential lip circumscribing an end of the circumferential shroud. In further embodiments, a protrusion can be mounted relative to the circumferential shroud. In further embodiments, a collapsible container or a collapsed container can include a first shell, a second shell, and a circumferential bladder that can have a higher axial collapsibility than both the first shell and the second shell.
FILLING DEVICE FOR FILLING A MEDICAL BAG, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH A DEVICE AND PLANT FOR PRODUCING FLUID-FILLED MEDICAL BAGS
To further develop filling devices for filling a medical bag, in particular in terms of a massive basic body or massive filling blocks, proposes the invention a filling device for filling a medical bag with fluids comprising a basic body with fluid channels and valve seats, on which valve means can be arranged to adjust fluid volume flows passing through fluid channels, wherein the basic body is produced at least partially by means of an additive producing process.
FILLING DEVICE
To provide a filling device that realizes simplification of device configuration, improvement of design freedom, and redaction of production loads, and that prevents formation of a pointed peak on the upper surface of packed contents, or uneven filling of the container. Provided is a filling device (10) including a filling nozzle (20), a contents supplier (30), a plunger (40), and a gas supplier (50). A gas inlet (25) connected to the gas supplier (50), a gas outlet (26) opened to the nozzle hole (23), and a gas flow passage (27) are formed in the filling nozzle (20). The gas (A) supplied from the gas supplier (50) is ejected from a gap between an inner circumferential surface of the nozzle hole (23) and an outer circumferential surface of the plunger (40) at a lower end of the filling nozzle (20).
