System, method and apparatus for processing cartridges en masse
A cartridge processing system can have a base to support cartridges on an underlying support surface. The base can include a rack with support holes to support respective ones of the cartridges. In addition, a tray having a tray bottom can be removably placed on tops of the cartridges. A platform with platform holes can be substantially coaxially aligned with respective ones of the support holes. The tray can have a funnel extending from the platform. The funnel can form a perimeter around the platform holes, such that the platform holes can be conduits for product to be placed in the cartridges.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FILLING BAGS
A device and a method for filling bags with products, wherein the bags have an opening via which the bags are each filled with at least one product, wherein walls of the bag are spaced apart from one another in the region of the opening in order to introduce the at least one product into the bag via the opening, and wherein, after the walls are spaced apart and before the at least one product is supplied, holding elements are introduced into the bag through the opening in order to hold the open bag in the region of the opening. At least some holding elements have at least one shaping element against which a wall of the bag bears in each case such that the material of the wall is preferably plastically deformed in order to hold the wall on the respective holding element via the respective shaping element.
Device for filling containers
A device for filling containers has a top tray that engages with a bottom tray to fill containers. The bottom tray has a plurality of receiving slots to hold the containers and the top tray has a series of sleeves to insert into the containers for filling. An optional side tray collects excess food for later use or disposal. A method of using the device has the containers being secured by a plurality of receiving slots on the bottom tray, the plurality of sleeves on the top tray inserting into the plurality of containers, and food transferred or poured onto the top surface of the top tray, travelling through top openings on each of the plurality of sleeves to the containers.
