A system for obtaining and providing enhanced PAP metrics of a patient's sleep period includes: a pressure support device for use in providing a flow of breathing gas to the patient; a processing unit; and a number of auxiliary devices in wireless communication with the processing unit. Each auxiliary device of the number of auxiliary devices is structured to detect and collect sleep-related data of the patient. The processing unit is programmed to: receive data obtained by a number of sensors of the pressure support device during operation of the pressure support device in providing the flow of breathing gas to the patient; receive supplemental data obtained by the number of auxiliary devices while the pressure support device is not providing the flow of breathing gas to the patient; and determine the enhanced PAP metrics of the sleep period of the patient utilizing the data and the supplemental data.

The movement may be recorded in three dimensions (e.g., calculated from two dimensional coordinates of an image) and processed by the application, and the three rotational angles calculated corresponding to the difference between the final position of the head and the initial position of the head at the beginning of the recording. As a result, facial recognition is used to improve monitoring of range of motion during surgical recovery in an unsupervised environment.

A sleep score is determined for each of the predefined number of days from the collected set of information, the set of measurement data, the circadian rhythm and the duration of sleep of the user. The method further includes analysing the sleep scores and associated go-to-bed time or time of falling asleep of the user to determine an optimum bedtime window for the user and providing feedback to the user based on the analysed sleep scores and the optimum bedtime window.

A scale measures the weight of urine collected in the final container and a display depicts the volume of urine collected in the final container. A vacuum pump can be coupled with the final container to draw urine from the interim container into the final container, and an air vent can isolate the patient from the vacuum within the final container. The system can be configured to wirelessly transmit urine volume data to an external computing device. A gyroscope can be coupled with the scale to determine the orientation of the scale. Logic of the system can calculate urine volume and correlate with the time of day.
