The electronic apparatus includes a sensor and a processor electrically connected to the sensor and configured to generate information indicating a start of an activity when first data indicating that an activity of the electronic apparatus occurs is received from the sensor and generate information indicating a start of an exercise when second data indicating that the activity is associated with the exercise is received from the sensor.

A method is provided which includes providing a sensor operable to measure movement over time on a user. The sensor includes an alert unit. When the measured movement is below the threshold, the alert unit at the sensor is activated to alert the user.

The method includes receiving information pertaining to a patient. The information includes a medical diagnosis code of the patient. The method includes generating, based on the information, the treatment plan for the patient. The treatment plan includes instructions for the patient to follow. The method includes receiving a set of billing procedures associated with the instructions. The set of billing procedures includes rules pertaining to billing codes, timing, constraints, or some combination thereof. The method includes generating, based on the set of billing procedures, the billing sequence for at least a portion of the instructions. The billing sequence is tailored according to a certain parameter. The method includes transmitting the treatment plan and the billing sequence to a computing device.
METHOD TO ADJUST AVATAR ATTRIBUTES USING FITNESS METRICS
A method is disclosed including receiving from a user a request to associate an avatar in a computer-implemented virtual world with a wearable device, creating an association between the avatar and the wearable device in response to the request, and receiving from the wearable device activity metric data for the user generated by a sensor of the wearable device. The activity metric data is generated by the wearable device in response to the wearable device sensing the user performing an activity. The method further including determining based on the received activity metric data a type of the sensed activity, determining at least one attribute of the avatar that corresponds to the determined type of the activity, determining an amount to adjust the at least one attribute based on the received activity metric data, and adjusting the determined at least one attribute of the avatar by the determined amount.
Training apparatus
A training apparatus includes a fixed frame, a training rod, a motor, rotation information detection sensor, tilt angle and position difference calculation units, determination, motor drive and position difference eliminating units. The training rod is supported by the fixed frame in a manner capable of being tilted by a motor about at least an X-axis or a Y-axis so as to hold the limb. The tilt angle calculation unit calculates a tilt angle of the training rod. The position difference calculation unit calculates a position difference. The determination unit obtains the position difference every time when a second time period elapses. If the position difference generated in the second time period is a first threshold or lower, the motor drive unit drives the motor so that the position difference is accumulated and maintained. The position difference eliminating unit resets the position difference at a predetermined timing.
Apparatus for management of a Parkinson's disease patient's gait
A gait management apparatus applies stimulation to a user suffering from a neurological disease (such as Parkinson's Disease) gait dysfunction. Motion sensors are arranged to be worn by a patient, and electrical stimulation electrodes are on the legs for stimulation. A controller receives motion sensing signals, and processes these signals to generate stimulation signals for operation of the electrodes to stimulate limb movement upon detection of a gait abnormality. There may be a user actuator for user actuation of electrical stimulation, and the inputs may be a series of taps. The controller may provide signals to prevent occurrence of freezing of gait when it senses that a patient is walking or has an intention to walk. Also, it may apply stimulation at an intensity level which is insufficient for functional muscle stimulation but sufficiently high to trigger activation of efferent nerves.

A hypnotherapy system includes wearable element and non-wearable elements, delivers instructions and media segments, measures state or activity of a subject and provides post hypnotic re-enforcement stimuli to the subject. The system includes a storage unit storing personalized session scripts for hypnotherapy sessions for the subject, where a hypnotherapy session includes dedicated media-based treatment processes to control different stages of hypnosis and follow up posthypnotic re-enforcement suggestions. The system includes a script handler to run the session scripts from the storage unit for a hypnotherapy session selected by the subject, allows the session scripts to be synchronized to different sleep stages and updates the session scripts according to an analysis of readings of the wearable element and non-wearable elements.
