PTP sheet for pharmaceutical packaging
A PTP sheet for pharmaceutical packaging has a first sheet in which pockets each capable of housing a solid pharmaceutical are projected to the side of a first surface which is one of a back surface and a front surface and a second sheet which is pasted to a second surface opposite to the first surface in the first sheet and covers an opening of the pocket. The second sheet has a first region having mesh-shaped grooves having a first depth in a third surface opposite to the surface to be pasted to the second surface and a second region having mesh-shaped grooves having a second depth smaller than the first depth or not having a groove.
THERMOFORMING PACKAGING MACHINE WITH FILM DEFLECTION
A thermoforming packaging machine that includes a film holder for receiving a lower film supply roll and one behind the other in a sequential arrangement along a production direction a pretreatment station for pretreating the lower film web, a forming station for forming troughs in the lower film web by thermoforming, an insertion line for filling the troughs with products and a sealing station for sealing the troughs with a top film. A transport device is configured to transport the lower film web along the production direction through the pretreatment station, further to the forming station, further to the insertion line and finally to the sealing station. A deflection unit arranged at least partially below the pretreatment station is configured to deflect the lower film web before reaching the pretreatment station. The pretreatment station may include a punching or slitting unit to punch or slit the lower film web.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING PIECES OF PROTEIN
A system for processing pieces of protein includes an optional flour applicator that applies a coating of flour, and optionally seasoning, to uncooked protein pieces; an optional seasoning applicator that applies a coating of seasoning on the uncooked protein pieces; a packaging machine that receives uncooked protein pieces, optionally coated with flour and/or seasoning, and retains the optionally coated, uncooked protein pieces in pouches; a batter applicator that deposits a batter made from flour containing gluten directly into the cooking pouches; the packaging machine programmed to vacuum seal the cooking pouches, thereby coating the uncooked protein pieces with the batter in the cooking pouches to make batter-coated uncooked protein pieces; and a heating unit programmed to completely cook the batter-coated protein pieces in the pouches for a time and temperature selected to completely cook the protein pieces and leave the batter sufficiently tacky to adhere to breading.

Process for packaging sticky substances in the fluid phase with a thin film
Process for packaging sticky substances in the molten state, in which the sticky substance is cast in a tray-mold lined be-forehand with a film of non-sticky plastic material and compatible in the fluid state with the sticky substance, including, among other, the phase of lining the internal walls of the tray-molds with a first thin and easily formable film of the non-sticky plastic material, causing it to perfectly adhere to the walls of the mold by connecting the lower external part of the molds connection to a vacuum source, in which the degree of vacuum during the opening transient of the connection is modulated.
