METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CELLULOSE PRODUCT
A method for producing a cellulose product from a multi-layer cellulose blank structure, wherein the method comprises the steps; forming the multi-layer cellulose blank structure from at least a first layer of dry-formed cellulose fibres and a second layer of a cellulose fibre web structure, through arranging the at least first layer and second layer in a superimposed relationship to each other and in the superimposed relationship arranging the at least first layer and second layer in contact with each other; arranging the multi-layer cellulose blank structure in a forming mould; heating the multi-layer cellulose blank structure to a forming temperature in the range of 100° C. to 300° C., and forming the cellulose product from the multi-layer cellulose blank structure in the forming mould, by pressing the heated multi-layer cellulose blank structure with an isostatic forming pressure of at least 1 MPa, preferably 4-20 MPa, wherein the multi-layer cellulose blank structure is shaped into a two-dimensional or three-dimensional fibre composite structure having a single-layer configuration.
Apparatus for Manufacturing Pouch of Secondary Battery
An apparatus for manufacturing a pouch of a secondary battery includes: a lower die, in which an accommodation groove for molding a cup part of the pouch is formed in a base surface, on which the pouch is disposed; a punch inserted into the accommodation groove to mold the cup part of the pouch; and a stripper to press a peripheral portion of the pouch, disposed in the periphery of a portion to be molded into the cup part of the pouch by the punch. The stripper and the lower die press and grip upper and lower portions of a peripheral portion of the pouch, respectively. The punch is inserted into the accommodation groove to mold the cup part, and a friction area, having surface roughness greater than that of the peripheral portion, is formed on a pressing surface of the lower die or the stripper.
Blister pack device and method
A container forming apparatus includes a plurality of forming members that have outer forming surfaces, which are shaped to form pockets in a sheet of material. A plurality of actuators are in mechanical connection with the forming members. The actuators are able to extend and retract the forming members. A controller is in electrical communication with the plurality of actuators. The controller is able to simultaneously extend any one or any combination of the forming members to create a plurality of pockets in a determined pattern in the sheet of material to produce a customized blister pack.
PORTION CAPSULE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A BEVERAGE BY MEANS OF A PORTION CAPSULE
A portion capsule for producing a beverage. The portion capsule includes a capsule body that has a collar edge and a capsule bottom; a filter element located inside of the capsule body, the filter element is elastic, the filter element has a flange that is attached to the collar edge of the capsule body, the filter element has a bottom; and a cover attached to the capsule body. The bottom of the filter element is spaced apart from the capsule bottom such that a free space remains between the filter element and the capsule bottom. The filter element is spaced apart from the capsule bottom in such a manner that only before a liquid is applied to a beverage substrate, does the filter element not touch the capsule bottom.
