INSPECTION DEVICE, PACKAGING SHEET MANUFACTURING DEVICE, AND PACKAGING SHEET MANUFACTURING METHOD

An inspection device includes: X-ray irradiators that irradiates, with a predetermined X-ray from a first film-side, inspection ranges that respectively correspond to positions of packaging sheets to be separated from the packaging film; an imaging device that is disposed on a second film-side and opposed to the X-ray irradiators across the packaging film, that comprises an X-ray detector comprising detection elements arrayed along the film width direction and detecting the X-ray transmitted through the packaging film, and that successively outputs X-ray transmission image data obtained every time the packaging film is conveyed by a predetermined amount; and a controller that inspects the packaging sheet based on the X-ray transmission image data obtained by the imaging device,

Cutter blade dual side film sealing and packing assembly

The present invention relates to an automatic package device, which may include a rack and a power control box provided on the rack. The cutter blade transportation device is provided on the rack along the X axis direction. Below the cutter blade transportation device and inside the rack, lower film feeding device is provided. At the rear side of the rack, the upper film feeding device is provided. At the front end of the cutter blade transportation device and on the rack are provided a blade feeding rail and cutter blade carrying device cooperating with each other. At the rear end of the cutter blade transportation device is provided a film sealing device which cooperates with the upper film feeding device and lower film feeding device. At the rear end of the film sealing device and on the rack is provided a dragging device fitting the blade strip. At the back side of the dragging device is provided a transverse cutting device fitting the blade strip. The present invention may achieve automatic feeding by the cutter blade carrying device. The dragging device may extend the upper and lower film material back and forth repeatedly. And the hot-pressing process may be accomplished by the film sealing device. The present invention may automatically seal the blades and the cutting device may separate the product one by one. At last the packaging process may be accomplished with high degree of automation and greatly improve production efficiency.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INTEGRITY TESTING OF SACHETS

A method and system for integrity testing of sachets. The method comprises the steps of disposing at least a portion of the sachet relative to an electrode structure; applying an AC bias voltage to the electrode structure; measuring an electrical property of the portion of the sachet over a frequency range, and determining the integrity based on the measured electrical property over the frequency range.

APPARATUS FOR COLLECTING AND PACKAGING FECES
20210369251 · 2021-12-02 ·

This application relates to configured to a feces collecting and packaging apparatus for performing automated operations of collecting and packaging the entire excrements. In one aspect, a bag supply machine of the apparatus dispenses a plastic bag with an upper opening directed into an inner space of a main body when a subject is on a seat of the main body. Following excretion, a sealing machine of the apparatus closes the upper opening of the plastic bag when the entire stools are completely contained. A collection machine of the apparatus secures the sealed plastic bag from the inner space of the main body.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PACKING PRODUCTS WITH INCREASED EFFICIENCY ACROSS PACKAGING LEVELS

This disclosure relates generally to automated packing of objects, and, more particularly, to a method and system for packing products with increased efficiency across packaging levels. While conventional methods of improving packaging efficiency focus on only one of the multiple levels in the packaging process, most commonly the tertiary level, the present disclosure attempts increasing packaging efficiency across packaging levels. Embodiments of present disclosure achieves increased efficiency across packaging levels by identifying standard size of secondary packages for packing a plurality of primary packages, packing the secondary packages within tertiary packages using a Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) optimization model based on packing heuristics, and providing a feedback between tertiary and secondary packaging levels to identify standard secondary packages which can pack the primary packages with higher packing efficiency.

Form-fill-seal machine and form-fill-seal system

A form-fill-seal machine forms a bag by filling and sealing a packing object in a wrapping material. The form-fill-seal machine includes a thickness adjustment unit which adjusts a thickness of the bag and a control unit which controls an operation of the thickness adjustment unit. The control unit acquires thickness information obtained in a rear stage of the form-fill-seal machine and relating to a thickness of the bag and controls the operation of the thickness adjustment unit on the basis of a result obtained by performing statistical processing on the thickness information.
