The custom order comprises details specifying a total number of single serve coffee pods to include in the variety pack and a number of each of a plurality of different varieties of single serve coffee pods to include in the variety pack. The system further includes a labeling device configured to receive custom order information from the one or more servers, print a label with the custom order information, and attach the label to a box. The system further includes a packing machine configured to scan the label on the box, retrieve from the one or more servers the details for the variety pack, and deposit individual coffee pods into the box according to the details.
MULTIPURPOSE CASHBAG LEVEL AND BANKNOTE PRESENCE IN ESCROW DETECTOR
This disclosure relates to a cashbag sealing system. The system comprises a banknote transport mechanism operable to transport a banknote to a storing unit. The storing unit includes a banknote storing bag detachably coupled to the storing unit, and an escrow plate operable to escrow the banknote before the banknote transported to the storing unit is stored in the banknote storing bag, wherein the escrow plate is operable to move from a horizontally extending hold position to a downwardly or obliquely downwardly extending release position, and wherein the banknote transported to the storing unit is escrowed on the escrow plate when the escrow plate is located at the hold position. The system further comprises a sensor configured to detect a presence of the banknote on the escrow plate, and measure a level of banknotes in the banknote storing bag.
Method and apparatus for the counting and dispensing of tablets
An apparatus for counting and dispensing tablets includes a vibratory tablet feeder for feeding tablets to be counted to an output opening, at least one electrically-controlled vibrator coupled to the tablet feeder for vibrating the tablet feeder such that a singulated flow of tablets exits the output opening, and an optical system including at least one light source and at least one detector array located about a channel disposed downstream from the output opening of the tablet feeder. The optical system is configured to count tablets that pass through the channel as well as determine a tablet size class for the tablets that pass through the channel. Operation of the at least one electrically-controlled vibrator is controlled based on the tablet size class determined by the optical system.
Discrete object singulation
A vibratory tablet feeder includes a reservoir for storing a supply of tablets with a pathway that leads to an exit opening for discharging tablets therefrom. Vibration of the reservoir moves tablets as a flow of tablets along the pathway to the exit opening. The feeder can include a wiper spaced vertically from the pathway. The wiper has a wiping surface that is configured to guide at least one vertically-bunched tablet in the flow of tablets away from the exit opening for return to the reservoir in order to provide singulated flow of tablets at the exit opening. A portion of the pathway may define a chamfered edge that is configured to guide at least one horizontally-bunched tablet in the flow of tablets away from the exit opening for return to the reservoir in order to provide singulated flow of tablets at the exit opening.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR USE IN PROCESSING SEEDS
Systems and methods for filling cassettes consistent with sets of seeds are provided. One example computer-implemented method includes, in response to a request for a schedule to fill a plurality of the cassettes, accessing data associated with the cassettes including a seed set specific to each of the cassettes and generating a schedule to fill the plurality of cassettes with seeds, consistent with the seed sets specific to the plurality of cassettes, via a gantry, multiple counting stations, and a filling station, based on a throughput of the gantry, the multiple counting stations, and the filling station. The method then includes executing the schedule at the gantry, the multiple counting stations, and the filling station to fill at least a portion of the plurality of cassettes with the appropriate sets of seeds consistent with the schedule.

PHARMACY PACKAGING SYSTEM
A packaging unit for packaging pharmaceuticals into a pouch includes packaging equipment operable to form the pouch, a track configured to direct the pharmaceuticals toward the packaging equipment, and a receptacle coupled to the track upstream of the packaging equipment to receive the pharmaceuticals from the track. The receptacle includes a plunger. The pouch is formed around the plunger.
Apparatus for transfer of pharmaceutical articles from a counting machine to internally of continuously advancing containers
An apparatus for transferring pharmaceutical articles from a counting machine to containers advancing along a conveyor line comprises a first series of tubular elements and at least one second series of tubular elements able to receive the pharmaceutical articles internally thereof. The apparatus comprises a first looped movement organ for moving the first tubular elements and at least one independently activatable second looped movement organ for moving the second tubular elements both, a stepped fashion and continuously, and each defining a looped movement pathway for the tubular elements comprising a first straight path portion below the counting machine so that the tubular elements can be halted for receiving therefrom the counted articles, and a second straight path portion above the conveyor line, so that the tubular elements can be moved at the same velocity above the containers and release the articles therein.
