Apparatus for transfer of pharmaceutical articles from a counting machine to internally of continuously advancing containers
An apparatus for transferring pharmaceutical articles from a counting machine to containers advancing along a conveyor line comprises a first series of tubular elements and at least one second series of tubular elements able to receive the pharmaceutical articles internally thereof. The apparatus comprises a first looped movement organ for moving the first tubular elements and at least one independently activatable second looped movement organ for moving the second tubular elements both, a stepped fashion and continuously, and each defining a looped movement pathway for the tubular elements comprising a first straight path portion below the counting machine so that the tubular elements can be halted for receiving therefrom the counted articles, and a second straight path portion above the conveyor line, so that the tubular elements can be moved at the same velocity above the containers and release the articles therein.
Multipurpose cashbag level and banknote presence in escrow detector
This disclosure relates to a cashbag sealing system. The system comprises a banknote transport mechanism operable to transport a banknote to a storing unit. The storing unit includes a banknote storing bag detachably coupled to the storing unit, and an escrow plate operable to escrow the banknote before the banknote transported to the storing unit is stored in the banknote storing bag, wherein the escrow plate is operable to move from a horizontally extending hold position to a downwardly or obliquely downwardly extending release position, and wherein the banknote transported to the storing unit is escrowed on the escrow plate when the escrow plate is located at the hold position. The system further comprises a sensor configured to detect a presence of the banknote on the escrow plate, and measure a level of banknotes in the banknote storing bag.
TRAY FOR SOFT MATERIALS AND METHODS OF LOADING TRAYS WITH SOFT MATERIALS
A tray for receiving sausages is provided. The tray includes cells which are adapted to substantially match the shape of sausages or other soft materials. The tray may be vacuum sealed to cause a relatively uniform top surface suitable for stacking. The tray may be sealed without pre-freezing the sausages and without causing significant deformation to said sausages upon thawing. The tray may be loaded in an automated manner without the use of robotic arms placing individual sausages into the tray.
VIBRATORY CONVEYOR FOR CONVEYING ITEMS AND RELATED FILLING MACHINE AND METHODS
A vibratory conveyor includes a feed tray, an electromagnetic linear actuator and a movable drive train interconnecting the feed tray and the electromagnetic linear actuator such that the electromagnetic linear actuator will move the feed tray during energization of the electromagnetic linear actuator. A sensor assembly is positioned to detect movement of the electromagnetic linear actuator. A controller connected to receive an output of the sensor assembly and connected to control energization of electromagnetic linear actuator, wherein the controller is configured to adjust energization of the electromagnetic linear actuator based upon the output of the sensor assembly. A vibratory conveyor in which the movable drive train includes at least one parallel spring element therealong is also disclosed.
Small seed counting system
A small seed counting system includes a hopper mounted to a frame and having an open top and a discharge opening. Also connected to the frame is a vertical rail. Mounted to the vertical rail are a first and a second gate assemblies. Each gate assembly has a horizontal support member with an aperture. The gate assemblies also each have a measuring tube that are slidably and telescopically connected to form a measuring chamber.

Method of fabricating coffee pods at point of sale
A method of fabricating coffee pods at a point of sale location using a coffee pod dispensing device with shell less, expandable coffee pods. The fabrication is initiated by tactile input from a control panel that determines the parameters of the coffee pods to be fabricated and generates the operational signals for the dispensing device. Fabrication there after progresses sequentially through a series of operations that involves the loading of the coffee pods onto a pod advancing means which then takes the coffee pods through the steps of expansion, filling, sealing and delivery. To accomplish this the pods are compressible pods arranged in a linear array that allows for pleated or stacked storage in a pod loading means within the device's enclosure, as well as continuous feed capabilities.

Coffee pod point of sale fabrication device
A point of sale coffee pod dispensing device for use with shell less, expandable coffee pods. The compressible pods are arranged in a linear array that allows for pleated or stacked storage in a pod loading means within the device's enclosure, as well as continuous feed capabilities. The pod advancing means moves the pods from a pod loading station to the pod delivery station, there between sequentially passing through stations for pod expanding, coffee filling, and sealing. An operating system allows input of signals for the operation of the device based on tactile input from a control panel on the device's housing that determines the parameters of the coffee pods to be fabricated.
Medicine dispensing device
A medicine dispensing device includes: a plurality of medicine cassettes; a manual distribution medicine supply device; a printing means for printing a dosing information of included in a prescription data on a packing paper; a packing means for packing the medicine dispensed from the medicine cassette or the manual distribution medicine supply device one pack at a time based on the prescription data; a rotation means for rotating the medicine before the medicine is packed into the packing paper; an imaging means for imaging the medicine rotated by the rotation means together with an identification portion; and a control means for performing an inspection process by reading the identification portion from the medicine imaged by the imaging means, extracting a medicine information based on the read identification portion, and comparing the extracted medicine information with a medicine information included in the prescription data.
