Automated Closing Systems
Systems and methods for an automated paper cone closing machine are disclosed. A paper cone closing machine may comprise a plurality of tamping rods, a pair of plates, and a plurality of ejection rods arranged above a tray shuttle. The plurality of tamping rods for compacting a material contained in a plurality of paper rolls removeably received in the tray shuttle in a row. The pair of plates for pressing on the top of each paper roll to flatten the top of each paper roll into a flap. The plurality of ejection rods configured to press on the flap of each paper roll to press the flap into a top of each paper roll into a dimple thereby closing each paper roll.
METHOD FOR PREVENTING OR REDUCING CANNABACEAE BIOMASS DECOMPOSITION
The present disclosure relates to a method for preventing or reducing cannabaceae biomass decomposition during storage by packaging an amount of the biomass in a flexible film of gas impervious material to provide a cannabaceae biomass package which is impermeable to gases.

Baling press with rope knotter
A baling press having a rope tying system with a loop supply member for forming a loop of the second rope material across the bale pressing channel to the first side of the bale pressing channel and a loop of the first rope material at the first side. The loop supply member is suspended on the second side of said bale pressing channel and movable along a straight path between an extended position projecting across the bale pressing channel and a retracted position. The loop supply member has a turn guide for forming and guiding the loops in the first and second rope materials and a spreader for, when the loop supply member is in the extended position, holding the rope materials guided so that portions in the knotting area are spaced from a free end portion of the loop supply member.
System and method for reprocessing animal bedding
A method and system reprocess soiled animal bedding material commingled with animal manure. In one aspect the soiled animal bedding material is separated in a shaker to send at least a preponderance of the manure to a holding tank. In another aspect the bedding is cleaned, rinsed and color is restored. The bedding material is subsequently dried and a bedding product, fertilizer product, and/or compacted product is formed. Alternatively, said bedding material is dried (without a compacting step) to form a product. In yet another aspect, the steps of separation, cleaning, rinsing and/or color restoration may be omitted.

Method of Shaping and Compressing Toilet Paper Rolls
A method of shaping and compressing toilet paper rolls using compressor rollers is disclosed. The method is comprised of a workflow that includes fluted rollers, sleeve wrapping and specific packaging procedures. An object of the method is to provide a means to reduce the size of conventional toilet paper rolls in bulk to make shipping more efficient. For example, a box that currently holds twelve rolls now can hold twice as many rolls when utilizing the disclosed method.
Method And Device For Producing Packaging Units
The invention relates to a method and to a device for producing packaging units in a bag forming, filling and sealing machine, products (18) combined into an amount of products being transferred from a portion container (17) into a product transfer device (10) for transferring the amount of products to a product filling device (19), the product transfer device having a product carrier (21), which is guided on a movement path, and a product guiding device (22), the product carrier, once the amount of products has been transferred from the portion container into the product guiding device, performing an accelerated movement out of a product pick-up position P1 of the product carrier so as to compress the amount of products between the product pick-up position P1 and a product transfer position P2 for transferring the amount of products into the product filling device.
