SAND CONVEYING APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF, CONTROL DEVICE, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A sand conveying apparatus and a control method thereof, a controlling device, and a storage medium are provided. The sand conveying apparatus includes a storage device, a conveying device, and a hoisting device. The storage device is located above an area where sand needs to be input. The conveying device is connected with the storage device. The conveying device is configured to convey the sand to the storage device. The hoisting device is located above the conveying device. The hoisting device is configured to transport the sand in the sand container to the conveying device through an action of the hoist, and the hoist of the hoisting device is configured to move simultaneously along a plurality of route segments in different directions, so as to realize a linear movement between a first position where the hoist is located and a position where the hopper is located.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING THE OPENING OF CONTAINERS TO AVOID DAMAGE TO CONTENTS
First scanned images of the first container are received from a scanning device that show the contents of the interior of the first container before the first container is cut and opened. Second scanned images that are of the contents of the first container after the first container is cut and opened are also received. The images are analyzed and, based upon the analysis, selective modifications to the operating parameters of the container opening machine are determined and made.
Method and apparatus for automated opening and dispensing of seed from a container
A method and apparatus for automatically opening a seed packet and dispensing the contents of the same for planting is disclosed.
A DEVICE FOR HOLDING ARTICLES TO REMOVE THE PACKAGING THEREFROM
A holder for consumables for use in an analyzer is disclosed. The holder has one or more receptacles for receiving a stack of consumables. The consumables are wrapped in packaging and are placed in the holder as a stack of packaged consumables. The receptacles have a height sufficient to receive the stack of consumable. The receptacles have an opening miming along the side of the receptacle for the entire portion of the height of the receptacle that receives the stack of consumables. The receptacles have a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end is the end of the receptacles into which the stack of consumables is place and from which the consumables are removed. The distal portion of the receptacles support the stack of consumables in the receptacles.
APPARATUS FOR EMPTYING A FLEXIBLE LINER
An apparatus for emptying a flexible liner of a packaging container, having a pulling unit, which has a movable pulling element, onto which a fastening section of the liner can be fastened, wherein the fastening section of the liner can be pulled up and let down by means of pulling element of the pulling unit, to empty the liner, a stripping device, which comprises one or more stripping bodies, which are set up for stripping a section of the liner so as to empty the liner, and a lifting device, which is set up for moving the stripping device in the ventricle direction.
System for preparing recipes with components coming from closed containers
A system for preparing recipes with components coming from closed containers (S1-S5) provides for using one or more robotic units (1), each of which withdraws a selected container, arranging a plurality of hoppers (7.1-7.5), in each of which the withdrawn selected container is inserted by the robotic unit (1), and in each of which the container is automatically opened for loading the component into the hopper (7), discharging a preset component dose from each hopper (7), and collecting the dosed components for preparing the required recipe; a driving and control unit (15) provides for driving and controlling all of these operations as a function of the required recipe. Thereby, an automatic system for preparing recipes is achieved, which is fast, with a low processing cost, and free from risks related to the processing.
UNPACKING SYSTEM FOR AN OBJECT, IN PARTICULAR A PHARMACEUTICAL OR COSMETIC OBJECT, PACKED IN AN ITEM OF PACKAGING, IN PARTICULAR A POUCH
An unpacking system having a folding-out device for folding outwards an initially folded-in packaging portion of an item of packaging for an object, and having a stretching device for stretching an item of packaging for an object. The item of packaging herein is in particular a pouch, and the object is in particular a pharmaceutical or cosmetic object. The unpacking system furthermore has a transportation installation for transporting the object in a transportation direction. The packaging portion in the stretching device is stretched parallel with the transportation direction. A filling system is disclosed having such an unpacking system, and methods are disclosed for folding outwards, for stretching, and for unpacking.
DEVICE FOR ORIENTING A PACKAGING
A device for orienting a packaging, such as a sterile packaging. Orienting the package comprises one or more of folding open or tightening at least one edge of the packaging in a substantially horizontal plane. The device arranges the packaging into a working position in which the packaging is oriented. The device comprises a brush station having at least one substantially horizontally oriented rotating brush designed and arranged to come into frictional contact with the at least one edge of the packaging.
Hard Disk Drive Transformation From OEM Packaging To Automation Friendly Containers
A system includes a cutting sub-system arranged for cutting a box into a first half and a second half and including at least one pair of cutting elements, a dunnage gripper sub-system arranged downstream of the cutting sub-system and including a dunnage gripper configured to selectively grip and release a portion of the box, and a robotic system including at least a first robotic arm and a second robotic arm. The first robotic arm includes a plurality of grippers configured to selectively grip and release items contained in the box. The second robotic arm includes a plurality of grippers configured to selectively position the items into a tote positioned at a second predetermined location.
BULK CONTAINER DISCHARGE STATION AND RELATED METHODS
The disclosure provides a bulk container discharge apparatus and related methods. An illustrative, non-limiting example of such an apparatus includes a base portion, a platform disposed on the base portion, the platform being configured to support a bulk container, and at least one articulating arm. The at least one articulating arm can have a first portion that is pivotally coupled to the base portion at a first pivot. The at least one articulating arm can be configured to lift a bulk container along a loading path (such as but not limited to an arcuate path) that is at least partially vertical from a lower position to an upper position to place the bulk container over the platform when in the articulating arm is in the upper position to facilitate discharging the contents of the bulk container.
