SUCTION GUN AND MATERIAL SUCTION DEVICE
A suction gun includes a gun head is provided with a material suction port configured to suck a material located in an area for sucking, and an air blowing structure including an air blowing pipe and an air blowing hole provided on a pipe wall of the air blowing pipe. The air blowing hole is configured to blow an air flow so as to blow the material to the material suction port.
METHODS FOR FORMING AND OPENING CHILD-RESISTANT RECLOSABLE BAGS
A child-resistant reclosable bag includes a container configured to retain one or more items within a product portion. A zipper is coupled to the container. The zipper is above the product portion. The zipper includes one or more primary seals, and one or more secondary seals at one or more defined locations. The one or more secondary seals at the one or more defined locations identify opening areas on the product portion. The opening areas are configured to be grasped and pulled apart to open the zipper.
Unpacking system for an object, in particular a pharmaceutical or cosmetic object, packed in an item of packaging, in particular a pouch
An unpacking system having a folding-out device for folding outwards an initially folded-in packaging portion of an item of packaging for an object, and having a stretching device for stretching an item of packaging for an object. The item of packaging herein is in particular a pouch, and the object is in particular a pharmaceutical or cosmetic object. The unpacking system furthermore has a transportation installation for transporting the object in a transportation direction. The packaging portion in the stretching device is stretched parallel with the transportation direction. A filling system is disclosed having such an unpacking system, and methods are disclosed for folding outwards, for stretching, and for unpacking.
System and method for adjusting the opening of containers to avoid damage to contents
First scanned images of the first container are received from a scanning device that show the contents of the interior of the first container before the first container is cut and opened. Second scanned images that are of the contents of the first container after the first container is cut and opened are also received. The images are analyzed and, based upon the analysis, selective modifications to the operating parameters of the container opening machine are determined and made.
Apparatus for emptying a flexible liner
An apparatus for emptying a flexible line of a packaging container, having a pulling unit, which has a movable pulling element, onto which a fastening section of the liner can be fasted, wherein the fastening section of the liner can be pulled up and let down by means of the pulling element of the pulling unit, to empty the liner, a stripping device, which comprises one or more stripping bodies, which are set up for stripping a section of the liner so as to empty the liner, and a lifting device, which is set up for moving the stripping device in the vertical direction.
Apparatus for unloading material and bag-emptying machine comprising said apparatus
An apparatus for unloading material. The apparatus comprises a hooking device mounted on a frame for hooking the material. The hooking device comprises a plurality of rows of curved hooks, each row of hooks being pivotable about a respective axis of rotation between a non-operating position, in which the hooks are retracted, and an operating position, in which the hooks are extended so as to hook the material. All the rows of hooks are pivotable from the non-operating position into the operating position along a hooking path, rotating in the same direction of rotation about the respective axes of rotation. The hooking device further comprises an abutment element that is positioned on the outside of the rows of hooks, substantially perpendicularly to the hooking path.
Apparatus for emptying bags containing loose material
An apparatus for emptying bags containing loose material. The apparatus comprises a cutting member for cutting the bags and a support grid including a row of rods arranged downstream of the cutting member and onto which the bags are carried once they have been cut. The rods are associated with a motovibrator designed to cause the rods to vibrate, facilitating the emptying of the bags. Furthermore, a resilient spacer is interposed between each pair of adjacent rods.
APPARATUS FOR RETAINING FLOWABLE SOLID MATERIALS
Apparatus for receiving and retaining the contents of a bag of flowable material comprises a rectangular base bordered on two sides by upstanding walls. An upstanding dividing member is positioned between and generally co-extensive with said walls to define two separate compartments. The dividing member includes a narrow upper edge on which a bag of flowable material can be supported with the two overlying sides or ends of the bag extending downwardly one into each said compartment.
Water Softener Brine Tank Salt Bag Splitter
The present invention is a water softener brine tank salt bag splitter with a blade and telescoping mounting rod positioned below the tank lid to accommodate a variety of tank sizes and stiffen the lateral flexibility of the tank sidewall. Looped vertical mounting brackets secure over and around the upper edge of the tank sidewall to preserve the seal between the tank sidewall and lid. The mounting rod and brackets form a platform to support the weight of a salt bag when pouring salt pellets into the tank. The configuration of the brackets and the weight of the bag locks the bracket in place to prevent the blade from rotating when the bag drops down onto the blade. The device includes a rod assembly with an adjustable length, a cutting blade attached to a surface of the rod assembly, and brackets connectable to first and second ends of the rod assembly.
BAG EMPTIER DEVICE
The invention relates to a device for processing dust- and substantially air-tight sacks (1) filled with flowable or free-flowing materials, and for separating the sack material from the sack contents via a collection device (8), wherein the device comprises a sack supply track (4) with a sack removal point (56), a manipulation device (6) with a lifting frame (9) for picking up the filled sacks (1), a sack slitting device (16) for opening the filled sacks (1), a collection device (8) for collecting the sack contents, an empty sack store (12), and an empty pallet store (13).
