APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR REMOVING TWINE FROM A BALE
An apparatus for removing twine from a bale is described herein. The apparatus includes a frame having a mounting portion configured to releasably mount to a vehicle and two opposed arms rigidly coupled to and extending in a common direction from the mounting portion. The apparatus also includes a bale grabbing mechanism coupled to the frame and configured to releasably secure the bale against the opposed arms of the frame, a cutting mechanism movably coupled to one of the opposed arms of the frame, the cutting mechanism including a cutting element being configured to cut the twine and a twine grabbing mechanism coupled to the other opposed arm of the frame. The twine grabbing mechanism is configured to retain the twine after the twine has been cut by the cutting mechanism.
A GRIPPING DEVICE FOR GRIPPING A BINDING MATERIAL FROM AN OBJECT
A gripping device for gripping a binding material from an object comprises first and second elongated blades. The first and second elongated blades are arranged parallel and stationary in relation to each other, and they comprise wedge-shaped protrusions. The adjacent wedge-shaped protrusions of each elongated blades form spacing between said adjacent wedge-shaped protrusions. The device comprises also a third elongated blade arranged between said first and second elongated blades. The third elongated blade comprises finger like protrusions, and is arranged to move in relation to said first and second elongated blades in the direction of said longitudinal axis and between first and second positions. In the first position the finger like protrusions form openings and in the second position the finger like protrusions are deflected from the first position so to closing the openings.
Tools for releasing cable ties
A tool comprises housing, elongated member, trigger, first jaw, and second jaw. Housing comprises housing abutment surface. Elongated member comprises distal end, proximal end, and elongated-member abutment surface. Trigger is pivotally coupled to housing and is coupled to elongated member. Elongated member translates along axis when trigger is moved relative to housing. First jaw abuts housing abutment surface of housing and is configured to engage cable tie. First jaw is located between distal end of elongated member and housing abutment surface. Second jaw abuts elongated-member abutment surface and is configured to engage cable tie. Second jaw translates relative to first jaw along axis when trigger is pivoted with respect to housing.
UNPACKING SYSTEM AND UNPACKING METHOD
An unpacking system that unpacks a box having flaps, including: an unsealing unit that cuts a proximity region where flaps facing each other in a closed state of flaps of the box come close together; a lid-opening unit that opens, at a predetermined angle exceeding 90 degrees, a predetermined flap of the flaps having been cut by the unsealing unit; and a flap cutting unit that cuts, along a side surface of the box, a base end side of the predetermined flap opened at the predetermined angle.
Bale opening device
A bale opening device for opening bales wrapped and/or tied with wrapping material comprises a supporting structure for supporting the bale to be opened, and a gripping mechanism to grip the wrapping material, and again to pull it away from the bale. In addition, the device comprises a remover taking and gripping the wrapping material from the gripping mechanism. The remover is then actuated so as to remove the wrapping material from the bale and the gripping mechanism. The remover and the gripper are mutually arranged so to enable the gripping mechanism returning back towards the supporting structure essentially at the same when the remover is actuated to remove the wrapping material.
TOOL FOR REMOVING A HEAD ASSEMBLY OR A KNOT OF A TIE SECURED AROUND AN OBJECT
A tool for removing a head or knot of a cable bundling device includes a housing, an opening, and a cutting element disposed within the opening. The housing defines the opening and a funneling element is position within the opening to direct the object to be cut towards an exposed cutting edge of the cutting element. The opening and funneling element are sized and arranged to accommodate the head or knot of the cable device while preventing any undesirable articles from being exposed to the cutting edge. The funneling element includes a wedge shape to prove improved access between the cable tie and the cutting edge.
FOOD DISPENSING MODULE FOR A DELAMINATING FOOD DISPENSING SYSTEM
A food dispensing module for a delaminating food dispensing system includes an outer housing; and a delaminating housing. The delaminating housing has a first portion being located within said outer housing and a second portion located outside said outer housing. The delaminating housing includes delaminating nips, a first film take-up roller, a second film take-up roller, an output opening, and a trap void. The output opening is located in the second portion of the delaminating housing.
Opening assembly for a package
An opening assembly for a package, particularly for containers including vials, bottles, syringes, and carpules which can be installed in a container handling and filling system. The package includes a tub covered by a covering film, the tub containing a nest bearing the containers in an orderly manner. The opening assembly includes at least one clamp located upstream of an opening placed on a separation wall between a first and second sterile environment. While the package passes through the opening, the clamp clamps a portion of an edge of the covering film, consequently removing the covering film from the tub.
Web and Rope Cutting Tool
A cutting tool for cutting a workpiece such as a rope or a web includes a body defining first and second channels closed by respective first and second movable gates. A first cutting member is at a narrow end of the first channel, and a second cutting member is at a narrow end of the second channel. The body has surface portions adjacent to the second cutting member that are adapted to deform a flat workpiece engaging the second cutting member into a non-flat shape to increase the stiffness of the workpiece as it engages the second cutting member.
Tools for releasing cable ties
A tool comprises a chassis, a slider, a first jaw, a second jaw and a compression spring. The chassis comprises a distal end, a proximal end, opposite the distal end, and a distal interior wall, facing the proximal end of the chassis. The slider comprises a slider opening and is coupled to the chassis. The first jaw is coupled to the chassis and is located between the distal interior wall of the chassis and the slider. The second jaw is coupled to the chassis and is located between the first jaw and the slider. The compression spring is located between the first jaw and the second jaw. When the slider is moved relative to the chassis, the first jaw is stationary relative to the chassis, and the second jaw moves relative to the chassis and is stationary relative to the slider.
