Squeezable dispensing package and method
A fluid dispensing container is provided. The container includes a container body formed from a first flexible material defining an interior cavity. The container includes a membrane formed from a second flexible material and a seal coupling the membrane to the inner surface of the container body. The membrane divides the interior cavity into a contents chamber and a dispensing chamber, and the membrane and the seal are configured to be fluid tight to maintain fluid within the contents chamber prior to rupture of the membrane. The rupture stress of the second flexible material is less than the rupture stress of the first flexible material such that, as fluid pressure within the contents chamber increases, the membrane is configured to rupture without the container body rupturing.
TOOL FOR DISPENSING VISCOUS MATERIAL FROM A DEFORMABLE TUBE
A tool which is relatively simple in design, is easy to manufacture and assemble, and which is capable of dispensing precise amounts of the fluid contents of a deformable tube until the contents have been substantially completely dispensed is provided. The tool includes interlocking casing halves and a rigid actuator jaw which is adapted to be pressed against the tube to dispense the contents of the tube.
METHOD AND ARRANGEMENT FOR EMPTYING A FLEXIBLE CONTAINER
The present invention relates to a method and an arrangement for emptying a flexible container (30) of bag contents (31) therein. Such a flexible container includes a bottom opening (34) in its lower end and a top opening (37) in its upper end. When this container is to be emptied of its contents, it is placed in an emptying arrangement in such a way that the container's bottom opening lies below the top opening. The flexible container is then turned around an axis of rotation that unites said bottom opening and top opening. The turning motion produced is gradually propagated from the container's upper end towards its lower end whereby the container is twisted into a tight string (32). This twisting contributes to removing the bag contents (31) from the flexible container via the bottom opening (34) provided or made therein.
Method for forming a pouch
A method of forming and filling a pouch, comprises forming opposing walls of a film; sealing the opposing walls of film together to form at least one pouch; filling an interior section of the at least one pouch through an opening in an upper portion of the at least one pouch with a flowable material; forming a top sealed expressing-shaped region to close the opening in the at least one pouch; and cradling the pouch with a foldable flat that is more rigid than the pouch that can be folded or rolled to compress the pouch to express the flowable material through the expressing shaped region.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING PRODUCT FROM A FLEXIBLE PACKAGE
Dispensing devices and methods are provided. A dispensing device comprises an opening defining an insertion path extending through an internal chamber thereof, two fragmentation rollers aligned with each other within the internal chamber, with the insertion path extending therebetween, a sensor configured to sense the package within the insertion path, a first securing device having opposing surfaces configured to secure the package within the insertion path, a second securing device having opposing surfaces configured to secure the package within the insertion path, a cam operatively connecting the first and second securing devices, and an opener configured to provide an opening in the package to allow the product to leave the package. A method of dispensing a product from a flexible package is also provided.
REAGENT PACKAGING DEVICES AND USES THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to new types of fluid packaging devices and methods of making and using such fluid packaging devices. In various embodiments, the present disclosure provides devices, systems, and methods for packaging fluids. In various embodiments, the present disclosure provides a device including a storage compartment; a fluid stored in the storage compartment; a first aperture on the storage compartment; and a second aperture on the storage compartment. The first aperture is initially sealed or closed before the use of the device and configured to be opened to receive a pneumatic pressure. The second aperture is initially sealed or closed before the use of the device and configured to be opened to allow the fluid to exit or enter the storage compartment via the opened second aperture.
Device for pressing out a material from a deformable tube
The invention relates to a device for pressing out a material from a deformable tube, comprising the following: a housing having a base end; an upper section opposite the base end; and lateral wall sections between the base end and the upper section; a squeezer that can be introduced into the housing, wherein the squeezer has a carrier element and two opposing jaws for gripping and squeezing out a material from the tube, wherein the housing has an opening in the upper section through which an outlet of the tube can be guided, and same has openings in opposing parts of the lateral wall sections via which the jaws can be actuated, wherein the jaws are secured to the carrier element at one end and the squeezer also has a manual lever element on at least one jaw, wherein the lever element is connected to the jaw in a connection region to form an assembly, in which a pressure manually applied to the lever element brings about a force on the jaw in the direction of the other jaw, wherein the lever element has a body with reinforcing ribs, wherein the reinforcing ribs are surrounded at least partially by a closed outer skin, wherein a region of the outer skin forms a gripping region.
Method, apparatus, device and storage medium for controlling paste squeeze device
A method for controlling a paste squeeze device includes: identifying identity information of a user approaching the paste squeeze device; acquiring target usage information corresponding to the identity information, the target usage information including a target paste type and a target usage amount; and controlling the paste squeeze controller on the storage part storing a paste of the target paste type to squeeze out a paste of the target usage amount. The paste squeeze controller on the corresponding storage part can be controlled to squeeze out the paste of a target usage amount based on the identity information of different users, thereby providing accurate amount of paste specific to the individual user.
Device for emptying flexible bags containing fluids
Device for emptying flexible bags containing fluids, comprising traction means and draining means, the draining means being physically connected to the traction means by means of positioning means such that they are rotatably movable around the traction means and the traction means and the draining means being arranged and mutually enabled to stretch a flexible bag from the traction means and simultaneously to pass and circulate the bag through the draining means.
SYSTEMS, APPARATUSES, AND METHODS OF SUBSTANCE PROCESSING
A substance processing system includes a pressurizer configured to pressurize air and a processing chamber configured to process a substance.
