The invention relates to a removal system for a portable container and comprises an immersion pipe that is mounted in a bung unit that is held in an opening of the container. Furthermore, the removal system includes an extraction head that can be fastened to the immersion pipe. A switch that generates a switching signal whose switching states indicate whether the extraction head is fastened in a target position on the immersion pipe or not is provided in or on the extraction head.

Fixing assembly and fixing device

A fixing assembly includes a connecting sleeve, a spike member, and an elastic member; the spike member is rotatably connected to the connecting sleeve; one end of the elastic member is connected to the connecting sleeve, and the other end of the elastic member is connected to the spike member; the elastic member at least helically surrounds and abuts against the outer peripheral wall of the spike member, and the elastic member is configured to generate elastic deformation when the spike member rotates relative to the connecting sleeve along a direction opposite to the helical surrounding direction of the elastic member; there is an included angle between the direction of elastic deformation and the axial extension direction of the spike member to form a helical convex elastic structure.

TRANSFER ADAPTER FOR CONNECTING A BAG TO A CONTAINER AND PROCESS OF ESTABLISHING A TRANSFER CONNECTION

A transfer adapter for connecting a bag or a tubular liner (510) to a container (60) for filling or emptying said bag or a tubular liner. The transfer adapter has an adapter unit (20) for connecting to an aperture of a container, the adapter unit having an inner wall delimiting a transfer opening, and a retaining (101, 102). The retaining unit includes a retaining fixture (11) for receiving a circumferential strip of a bag or of a tubular liner (510), and a retaining element (12) being configured to hold said circumferential strip in the retaining fixture (11). The retaining unit (101, 102) is dimensioned to be removably positioned inside transfer opening such that the transfer opening together with the open bag or together with the open tubular liner (510) form a transfer passage. A transfer system also includes the adapter as well as a method of transferring material between a container and a bag or a tubular liner through the transfer adapter.

Holder assembly for transfer device

A holder assembly comprises first and second tubular elements adjoined to each other, separated by an annular gap, and jointly surrounding an interior. A first clamping element extends radially outwardly around the first tubular element. A film tube can be guided out of the interior through the annular gap onto an outer side of the first tubular element, and be fixed in a sealing manner along a first circumferential line of the film tube by the first clamping element against a first contact pressure surface of the first tubular element. The film tube can be fixed in a sealing manner along a second circumferential line of the film tube in the annular gap. A gas outlet opens out of the outer surface of the first tubular element between the annular gap and the contact pressure surface, and in direct fluid-dynamic connection with an outer edge of the annular gap.

CONTAINER ARRANGEMENT

The invention discloses a container arrangement having an outlet port and a liner bag containing fluid, which includes pressure means adapted to create a high pressure within the liner bag, by means of a force applied to the liner bag and fluid; the force is applied by two rollers which grip the liner bag at a point furthest from the outlet port, then move on an arc towards the outlet port; and the roller squeezes the fluid forward and drive it out of the liner bag; and wherein the pressure means and the rollers are not mutually enabled. The rollers are closed by hand but are squeezed together with pneumatic cylinders. The container arrangement can be a liner bag and/or intermediate bulk container (IBC).
