Method of forming and using deactivation wipe kit
A hazardous drug deactivation wipe kit includes a first pouch having a one-way valve coupled to an end thereof, a second pouch, and a third pouch. The first pouch contains a wipe saturated in a hypochlorite solution, the second pouch contains a wipe saturated in thiosulfate solution, and the third pouch contains a wipe saturated in isopropyl alcohol solution. The deactivation wipe kit may be used in a clean room to deactivate most hazardous drugs on a work surface.
DEVICE FOR FILLING OPEN BAGS WITH BULK MATERIAL
The invention relates to a device (1) for filling open bags (2) with powdery food, comprising a support structure (3) and a filling support (4) accommodated on the support structure (3), on which a bag (2) to be filling is suspended. The bag (2) is maintained on the filling support (4) by means of a bag holder (5, 6). The support structure (3) comprises a hollow profile (10, 11) with a control component (20) accommodated therein in order to protect against soiling. The hollow profile (10) comprises an air outlet (8) for controlling, in the hollow profile (10) when in operation an air pressure higher than the environment.
DOSING APPARATUS FOR POWDER PRODUCTS
A dosing apparatus for dosing a powder product inside containers includes a hopper provided with an inner cavity for containing the product, a lower portion provided with a supply duct with a terminal aperture for the outflow of the product, a metering screw rotating inside the supply duct and a washing manifold provided with an inlet opening and containing at least a sonotrode. In a cleaning configuration of the dosing apparatus, the washing manifold is connected to the hopper coupling the inlet opening to the supply duct, so as to receive and contain a washing liquid introduced in the hopper. The sonotrode is activated to produce alternate pressure waves capable of generating in the washing liquid air bubbles adapted to propagate towards the inner cavity through the supply duct, and to implode thus creating shock waves.
STERILIZATION APPARATUS AND STERILIZATION METHOD
The present invention provides a sterilization apparatus and a sterilization method. The sterilization method includes: an operation in which a sterilant injection block for containing a sterilant and providing a sterilant injection path for injecting the sterilant or a vacuum packaging pouch having the sterilant injection block is mounted inside a vacuum chamber; and an operation in which the vacuum chamber is operated in a chamber mode in which the vacuum chamber is used as a sterilization container when only the sterilant injection block is mounted and the vacuum packaging pouch is operated in a pouch mode in which the vacuum packaging pouch is used as a sterilization container when the vacuum packaging pouch is mounted.
Method and apparatus for sterilizing drink supply pipeline
Hot water or heated steam is fed to a drink supply pipe line for simultaneously supplying drink to a plurality of filling nozzles, while exhausting the hot water or heated steam from all the filling nozzles, F-values are calculated by detecting temperatures at a plurality of predetermined portions of the drink supply pipe line and all the filling nozzles at every predetermined time interval, and a sterilizing process is ended at a time when a minimum F-value reaches an aimed value. According to such method, the sterilization to the drink supply pipe line can be smoothly performed.
PRODUCTION SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING A PRODUCT
The present invention relates to a production system (10), in particular for producing biological-pharmaceutical products (20), and/or a method for producing a product (20), in particular a biological-pharmaceutical product (20).
FOOD PRODUCTS PACKAGING AUTOMATIC PLANT
A food products packaging automatic plant, comprising: at least a first food products conveying line, comprising in turn a plurality of first connection areas. The plant further comprises a plurality of operative units, each comprising: a movable base, that is able to move at the first connecting areas of the first food products conveying line; processing means, placed on the movable base and connectable to the first conveying line at the first connection areas; the processing means being provided for processing the food products conveyed on the first conveying line; a plurality of sensors; wireless communication means. The plant further comprises: a maintenance station of the operative units; a preparation station of the operative units; and a control and managing central unit, comprising: wireless communication means, for sending and receiving information to and from the operative units; and an internal memory, wherein predetermined information is stored. The control and managing central unit commands the operative units so that they move from and towards the first food products conveying line and from and towards the operative units maintenance and preparation stations.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING STERILE SOLUTION PRODUCT BAGS
A method for producing sterile solution product bags includes positioning a manifold assembly onto a filling machine. The manifold assembly includes a plurality of bags, a first filter, and a connection line in fluid communication with the first filter. Each of the plurality of bags includes a bladder and a stem in fluid communication with the bladder and with the connection line. The method includes activating a pump and at least partially filling one or more of the bladders by pumping fluid through the feed line, the first filter, and the connection line. The method includes sealing the stem of each of the filled product bags at a location between the connection line and the bladder, thereby creating one or more at least partially filled and sealed product bags. The method includes separating each of the at least partially filled and sealed product bags from the connection line.
Three circuit fill system for blow fill seal containers
A system for filling a blow-fill-seal (BFS) container is provided. The system includes a first fluid circuit constructed to selectively deliver a purge fluid to an open BFS container. A second fluid circuit selectively delivers a product to the open BFS container. A third fluid circuit, having a vent line in fluid communication with the open BFS container and to the ambient, directs a bulk fluid comprising at least the purge fluid from the container when the purge fluid is introduced into the BFS container. The second circuit selectively delivers product when the first fluid circuit selectively does not deliver the purge fluid, and the second circuit selectively does not deliver product when the first circuit selectively delivers the purge fluid.
