A cover attaching unit for a blister pack, includes: a cover supply roller configured to supply a release film having the cover detachably attached thereto so that the lower surface of the cover is not exposed; a release film collecting roller configured to wind and collect the release film, with the cover separated therefrom; a cover suction plate comprising a suction surface configured to suck the cover; and a cover separating plate configured to be movable between a first position not overlapping the cover suction plate and a second position overlapping the cover suction plate and comprising a wedge to bend a travel direction of the release film at an acute angle so that the cover is separated from the release film.

The present invention is a method featuring containers for consumable products which have removable sample compartments to facilitate reuse, product returns post-trial, and product resale. The sample compartments are filled with the same product as the main compartment so that consumers may sample the product without damaging a tamper-proof seal on the main compartment. The used sample container may be refilled or replaced with a new sample container. Use of these containers may reduce waste by preserving the product in the main container in a sealed condition. Use of these containers may also minimize the return expense of products sold online by giving the consumer a chance to try the product and return the main container if they are unsatisfied, ultimately reducing the overall the cost per product and reducing the waste of both product and container or container materials.

The present invention regards a method for filling containers with a single-dose composition comprising or, alternatively, consisting of mannitol in powder form. Such process comprises the following steps: a) breaking up a coherent mass of powder mannitol, so as to obtain a broken-up mass from said coherent mass; c) filling a plurality of containers with the broken-up mass of step a), wherein a bulk density of the coherent mass is smaller than a bulk density of the broken-up mass.

A nested insulated packaging assembly comprising an outer box and a thermal liner. The outer box includes an outer top side wall, an outer bottom side wall, and a plurality of outer lateral side walls. The thermal liner includes a terminal top end, a bend line, a top fold defined between the terminal top end and the bend line, and a back fold. The instant noodle packaging box has a small volume, occupies little space, and is convenient for transporting and carrying, the folding and opening methods for the folding container are simple, and the packaging box main body also plays the role of heat insulation.
