Mobile packaging system and method
A mobile packaging system and method to increase the efficiency of the picking and packaging process of items to be shipped from a warehouse or similar facility. A mobile packaging cart that is moved to a location adjacent to the storage location of the item to be packaged. The item to be packaged is retrieved from the storage location and identified, packaged, and the package is labeled at the location by the subsystems of the mobile packaging cart. The completed packages are stored on the mobile packaging cart until being unloaded for shipping from, or further processing within, the facility.
UNDERGARMENT PACKAGING AND ORDER FULFILLMENT SYSTEM
A system for undergarment packaging and order fulfillment is provided comprising a computer and an application executing thereon that receives an online order for an undergarment from a mobile device or other electronic device, directs packaging of the online order comprising a flexible flat support component embedded in the undergarment and an external wrapper. The system also ships the undergarment in the wrapper, the wrapper placed inside a paper envelope. The paper envelope with its contents is shipped as letter mail under USPS DMM 101 letter mailing standards describing Machinable Criteria for Letters/letter shipping. The support component is a cardboard sheet with a rectangular or square shape and a bottom cutout to accommodate a lower part of the undergarment and to hold the undergarment in place, the cutout further comprising a semicircle void centered at a midpoint of a bottom edge.

INTELLIGENT LABEL AUTOMATED CAPTURE SOLUTIONS
In some embodiments, an RFID label rejecting system includes an imager for scanning an RFID label, and a label removal component for discarding an inoperable RFID label. The label removal component may include a paddle configured to receive the inoperable label as part of the removal process. The label removal component may include a retraction system configured to position the paddle in an ejection path of the label rejection system to receive a rejected label. The label removal component may include a removable liner on the paddle configured to receive the rejected label and to be discarded with the rejected label. The label removal component may include a pressurized gas system configured for ejecting a rejected label.
METHOD AND KIT FOR LABELLING OBJECTS
A label has a support liner, a facestock adhered to a support liner by an adhesive layer on an under surface thereof, the label being magnetophilic or magnetic. The label is configured to have a magnetic connection force A resulting at least from magnetic attraction with an instrument. The label is configured to be releasably connectable to an end of the instrument by the connection force A, the connection force A between the label and the instrument being greater than an adhesion force B between said under surface of the label and the support liner, the connection force A between the label and the instrument being less than an adhesion force C between the under surface of the label and a target object at the moment of adhesion of the label on the target object, whereby the label is configured to be used with the instrument to transfer the label from the support liner to the target object by releasable connection of the label to the instrument.
Tissue embedding cassette with shield
A tissue embedding cassette has a box defining an inner cavity. A shield has a transparent plate body, the shield for being applied against a surface of the box. Complementary connectors for the shield to be held against the surface of the box. An assembly for a tissue embedding cassette of the type having a box defining an inner cavity may include a lid adapted to be operatively connected to the box, the lid opening and closing access to the inner cavity of the box. A shield has a transparent plate body, the shield configured for being applied against a surface of the box. Complementary connectors on the lid and/or the shield, for the shield to be held against the surface of the box.
Reel labeling
A system for labeling a reel of electrical components includes an automated robotic manipulator movable between a reel grasping position and a reel releasing position; a sensor positioned to scan a label on a reel as the reel is moved by manipulator from the reel grasping position to the reel releasing position, to gather initial reel information; a label generator configured to generate a new label with information based at least in part on the initial reel information; and a label actuator positioned to affix the new label to the reel as the reel remains held by the manipulator. The sensor may be a barcode scanner. The label generator may be a label printer. The label actuator may be a pneumatic actuator. The system may also have a stack of reels to be labeled. Also included is output receptacle to receive the reel after the new label is affixed.

LABELLING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A pharmaceutical dispenser includes a conveyor including a receiving end for receiving an article to be labelled, a discharge end for discharging the article after the article has been labelled into a dispensing container, a label applicator for attaching at least part of a label to the article whilst the article travels on the conveyor, and a resiliently deformable object for forcing at least part of the at least partially attached label onto the article. The dispensing container receives the article, as the article falls under a force of gravity from the conveyor at its discharge end into the dispensing container. The conveyor includes a dispensing opening in a front side of the pharmaceutical dispenser through which the article is accessible and removable from the dispensing container.
Label application system
A label application system and method for applying a label to a package travelling on a conveyor along a conveying path includes: an applicator apparatus which is operable to move a label into contact with a package, a control system, which controls operation of the applicator apparatus, and a sensor system operable to detect an edge of the package, a distance from a reference point to the package, and the speed at which the package is travelling, wherein the control system is operable to receive and process the data from the sensor system relating to the package and initiate operation of the applicator apparatus such that the label is applied to the package in a desired position as the package moves in a direction of travel.
