Label dispenser apparatus

A label dispenser apparatus configured for dispensing labels from a plurality of rolls of a carrier film having labels disposed thereon. The label dispenser apparatus includes a lower roll retaining member and a upper tape guide assembly. The lower roll retaining member includes a front edge, a back edge and a concave surface therebetween. The concave surface being configured to cradle a roll of film having labels disposed thereon. The upper tape guide assembly is spaced apart therefrom and includes a peel shaft, a support shaft and a carrier shaft. The film guide path extends behind and around the peel shaft, between the peel shaft and the support shaft, looping around the support shaft and over the carrier shaft, such that a label is released by the movement around the peel shaft, and the label path proceeds directly over the support shaft and the carrier shaft.

A group of components that are of the same component to be used in a computer system are identified. One of the components is separated and labeled with serialization information. The labeled serialized information is verified and entered into an enterprise resource planning system. The process continues until all the group of components are labeled and verified.

A weighing and labeling system has an electronic scale, label printer, and at least one controller. The controller stores information about incoming food packages and drives the printer to produce labels based on the stored information and the weight of the food packages. The labels are transferred to the food packages. Some elements of the system are located in sealable cabinets, and further, some of the elements are mounted on the interior surface on doors hinged to the sealable cabinets. This is advantageous in food production environments requiring frequent cleaning of equipment with sprayed water. In some embodiments the sealable cabinets are positioned on vertical masts and rotatable on the masts.

The automatic guide vehicle moves together with the autonomous mobile robot, and carries an empty reel wound with no stamping strip. The autonomous mobile robot is further adapted to unload a full reel wound with the stamping strip from the reel driving shaft and place the unloaded full reel onto the automatic guide vehicle by operating the grabbing tool. The autonomous mobile robot is further adapted to grab the empty reel from the automatic guide vehicle and mount the grabbed empty reel onto the reel driving shaft by operating the grabbing tool.

A stamping strip reel replacing system includes an autonomous mobile robot and an automatic guide vehicle. The autonomous mobile robot is adapted to autonomously move to a position where a reel driving shaft for mounting the reel is located, and includes a grabbing tool for grabbing the reel. The automatic guide vehicle moves together with the autonomous mobile robot, and carries an empty reel wound with no stamping strip. The autonomous mobile robot is further adapted to unload a full reel wound with the stamping strip from the reel driving shaft and place the unloaded full reel onto the automatic guide vehicle by operating the grabbing tool. The pharmaceutical container includes a container body and a preexisting label on the container body. The preexisting label has opposite side edges defining a preexisting label gap therebetween. The pharmaceutical container processor includes a label holder, a label detector, and a container transporter. The label holder positions a patient label to be applied on the container body of the pharmaceutical container. The label detector detects the preexisting label on the container body. The container transporter orients the preexisting label on the container body of the pharmaceutical container relative to the label holder so that at least a portion of the preexisting label gap is uncovered by the patient label when the patient label is applied on the container body.
