MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
A manufacturing system including a container manufacturing line for manufacturing a container, and a filling line for filling the container with a filler is provided. The container manufacturing line is coupled to the filling line, and the container manufactured in the container manufacturing line is supplied to the filling line. The container manufacturing line may include a first speed control unit for controlling a manufacturing line speed depending on a filling line speed of the filling line. The first speed control unit may change the manufacturing line speed of the container manufacturing line depending on a change in a number of containers in a predetermined process of the filling line.

CONTAINER TREATMENT MACHINE AND METHOD FOR ALIGNING A CONTAINER IN A CONTAINER RECEPTACLE OF A CONTAINER TREATMENT MACHINE
A container treatment machine comprises a treatment unit, for the treatment of containers, and container receptacles, in which containers can be received such that they can rotate about an axis, the container treatment machine comprising a camera, for capturing an image of a container transported upstream of the treatment unit in a container receptacle, and an alignment module, the alignment module being designed to rotate a container into a target position by actuating the container receptacle. The alignment module comprises a neural network, which, by processing the image of a container transported upstream of the treatment unit in a container receptacle, can determine a necessary rotation of the container from the current position of same to the target position, and the alignment module can control the rotation of the container receptacle on the basis of the determined rotation.

METHOD OF SETTING UP A POSITION MEASUREMENT SYSTEM FOR A LABELER OF A PRICE LABELING SYSTEM
Disclosed is a method of automatically setting the position of a labeler of a price labeling system having a sensor strip having a plurality of sensors, arranged in a row and each having unique identifier, a magnet is adjusted along the sensor strip, wherein, the magnet is guided past the sensors of the sensor strip in accordance with the order of their arrangement, on the guiding past the respective sensor, the respective unique identifier of said respective sensor is transmitted to a control and evaluation unit, the order of the arrangement of the sensors on the sensor strip is recognized based on the order of the reception of the unique identifiers, and the position of the respective sensor on the sensor strip is calculated from the known mutual distance of the sensors from one another and from the recognized order of the arrangement of the sensors on the sensor strip.
Method for processing containers and container processing machine
A method for processing containers in a container-processing machine includes identifying a first container behind an adjacent second container in a container flow, the first container being positioned within the container flow such that the first container will, absent intervention, occupy a first processing position that has been designated as not to be occupied by any container, holding the first container back, thereby causing the first container to move with a second velocity, that is less than the first velocity, forming a gap between the first and second containers, and releasing the first container. As a result of having been held back, will now occupy a second processing position instead of the first processing position.

Apparatus and methods for hygiene monitoring in restaurants and grocery superstores
This disclosure describes methods and apparatus for hygiene monitoring in chain restaurants and grocery superstores. Four sub-systems are introduced to take care of different aspects of hygiene in restaurants. One sub-system uses contactless and in-contact temperature sensors installed on appliances to constantly monitor the temperature of working appliances to be in pre-defined range and use an Internet of Things gateways to transmit the data to remote control unit. The system generate an alert or report if the temperature of the appliances falls beyond the predefined range for more than a specific period of time. Another sub-system use a combination of temperature, humidity, UV and gas detectors to monitor the environment to be unsuitable for growth of fungus and bacteria and alert in case of exposure to harmful material and sun radiation. This sub-system also use an Internet of Things gateways to transmit the data to remote control unit. The third sub-system use a combination of radio frequency tags attached to the staff, RF tag readers and infrared/proximity/motion/microphone/touch sensors installed over the faucet and dispenser to monitor if the staff wash their hands properly after going to the restroom. The forth sub-system automatically generate food expiring label for opened cans and food container based on RF tag worn by the staff. The system generate and print the label whenever the staff gesture their RF tags in front of them and potentially scan the container bar code or select it from a drop-down menu on its touch screen. The last sub-system can also monitor the inventory of opened cans of food in the refrigerator and provide a report or alert when they the time gets close to expiration date.
