The inside container main body and the outside container main body are integrated at the capitula. A first side peripheral wall of the inside container main body and a second side peripheral wall of the outside container main body are attached to each other and are formed as a double accumulating portion at least at a portion of the first side peripheral wall. A lower end of the second side peripheral wall includes an extended foot portion that is extended to a location lower than a bottom of the inside container main body.
Vial with optimized neck for improved side compression performance
A glass container is provided having a glass tube with a first end and a second end and a glass bottom closing the second end. The glass tube has a longitudinal axis and has, in a direction from the first to the second end, a top region, a junction region, a neck region, a shoulder region, and a body region. The top region is at the first end and has an outer diameter (d.sub.t), the neck region has an outer diameter (d.sub.n) with d.sub.n<d.sub.t, the body region extends to the second end and has an outer diameter (d.sub.b) with d.sub.b>d.sub.t, and the glass tube in the body region has a thickness (l.sub.b). The outer contour in a transition area between the top and neck regions is defined by a radius of curvature. The glass containers have a neck squeeze test load of at least 1100 N.
Ring pull cap rim for glass containers
A glass container includes a sidewall circumscribing a central longitudinal axis, and including a neck finish, which includes a wall having a radially inner surface and a radially outer surface and a rim extending from the wall. The rim has a sealing lip, an outward lip, and a retention lip extending between the outward lip and the radially outer surface of the wall. A ratio of a radial thickness of the rim at a major outer diameter of the outward lip of the rim to a radial thickness of the neck finish wall below the rim and between the radially inner and outer surfaces is between 1.9:1 and 2.2:1. A package includes the glass container and a ring pull cap closure coupled to the rim.
Container system and method of manufacture
A plastic, hot-fillable container is provided. The container comprises a blow molded body defining a longitudinal axis. The body including a base and a neck having at least one rib disposed about at least a portion of a circumference of the neck and transverse to the axis, and at least one angled thread. The at least one rib defining a cross section having a first portion and a second angled portion. Container systems and methods of manufacturing containers are disclosed.
DUAL CHAMBER BOTTLE
Systems and methods are disclosed for dispensing a drink by storing a first drink in a first portion having a first storage chamber, a first elongated neck, and a first spout; storing a second portion having a second storage chamber, a second elongated neck, and a second spout, wherein the first and second storage chambers are integrally formed and coupled by internal separation walls, the first and second necks are coupled by internal and external separation walls, and the first and second spouts are spaced apart.
CONTAINER ASSEMBLY, CLOSURE CAP FOR CONTAINER ASSEMBLY, CONTAINER FOR CONTAINER ASSEMBLY, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A CONTAINER ASSEMBLY
Container assembly comprising a container and a closure, wherein the container is made of a crystallisable polymer material and comprises a neck portion with an outer cap surface and defines an outlet opening, the neck portion being configured for receiving the closure, wherein the closure includes a closure cap made of a crystallisable polymer material and has an inner cap surface, the closure cap being matched to the neck portion of the container to cover the outlet opening in a closed state, wherein the inner cap surface of the closure cap contacts the outer cap surface of the neck portion when the container assembly is closed, and wherein the material of the inner cap surface of the closure cap and/or of the outer cap surface of the neck portion is crystallised, to allow the container assembly to be opened after being closed for an elongated period of time.
Low Friction ISBM Bottles
Disclosed is an injection stretch blow molded (ISBM) container containing a surface having a static coefficient of friction (COF) of 0.15 to 0.21, a dynamic COF of 0.06 to 0.1, wherein the surface retains a water contact angle of 76° or higher for up to three minutes after wetting of the surface with a water drop of 14 to 16 mm diameter and the container is made with a polymeric composition containing a high density polyethylene (HDPE) having a dispersity (Mw/Mn) of 9 or higher as measured by GPC; a MI2 of 1 g/10 min or higher as measured by ASTM D-1238; 190° C./2.16 kg, as measured by ASTM D-1238; and an environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR) at 100% Igepal of >150 hours as measured by ASTM D-1693, B.
INSULATED BOTTLE
A liquid container system includes an inner bottle that has a base portion with a first diameter. The system also includes an outer bottle that surrounds at least a portion of the inner bottle. The outer bottle includes a mid-portion that has a second diameter, and the second diameter is less than the first diameter. The system further includes a first indent in the inner bottle that, responsive to an applied pressure, decreases the first diameter of the base portion of the inner bottle such that the first diameter is less than or equal to the second diameter.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING MULTIPLE PREFORM AND SYNTHETIC RESIN CONTAINER
A method for producing a multiple preform, including a primary injection for injection molding a preform main body using a primary mold, and a secondary injection for injection molding, using a secondary mold, a covering layer that covers the preform main body such that the terminal end side of the covering layer covers the lower surface of the neck ring and reaches the peripheral edge of the neck ring. A projection strip portion is formed when the preform main body is inserted into the secondary mold to be clamped, that projects in a gap in which the covering layer is molded to be in contact with or adjacent to a lower surface of the neck ring, and that extends with a given length along an axis direction, is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the secondary molding mold, thereby forming an easy tear portion in the covering layer.
