A composite container is provided for holding one or more products (e.g., snack foods, toys, etc.) in separate compartments within the same container. The container includes a tubular body defining a first end and a second end, and the tubular body extends radially inward at a predefined location between the first and second ends to form a ledge. A separator, such as a paperboard or plastic disk, can be placed on the ledge, such that the separator defines a first compartment on one side of the separator and a second compartment on the other side of the separator. In this way, a product can be stored in the first compartment, and a product can be stored in the second compartment, and the user can have access to both in the same container. Associated methods of manufacturing a composite container with multiple compartments are also provided.

Containers are provided herein of various shapes and sizes including, in some embodiments, containers with side access ports of custom configurations and shapes. The port may be shaped like a hammer or other shapes, and may, in some embodiments have a removable cover placed thereover. In further embodiments, multi-compartment containers are disclosed that may be provided with multiple compartments.

A container for foodstuff is provided and includes a housing having an inner surface extending from a proximal end to a distal end about a longitudinal axis. The inner surface defines a height H1 and a width D1, whereby a ratio of the height H1 to the width D1 is between approximately 0.5 and 2.0. A divider is disposed within the housing and includes first, second, and third radially extending fins defining first, second, and third chambers within the housing.

A package is defined to retain a first product and a separate ingredient. The package includes a hollow tubular body and first and second end closures sealed to the ends of the tube. A retainer cup is provided for storing the separate ingredient. The retainer cup includes a generally tubular cup wall, with an upper edge portion defining a support rim that surrounds a cup opening. One sidewall of the cup wall includes a plurality of concave curved groves forming a scalloped surface. The scalloped surface extends longitudinally along the cup wall and defines a scalloped edge profile for the support rim. A closure lid overlies the cup opening and closes the separate ingredient within the cup interior.

A package is defined to retain a first product and a separate ingredient. The package includes a hollow tubular body and first and second end closures sealed to the ends of the tube.
