PAPERBOARD RETRACTABLE DISPENSER DEVICE
A retractable dispenser device includes: an externally threaded multi-ply tube comprising a spiral wound first multi-ply material, wherein the first multi-ply material includes one or more inner plies and an outer ply, wherein the outer ply is wider than the one or more inner plies, wherein subsequent windings of the inner plies abut each other such that the outer ply overlaps at each subsequent winding forming an external thread; and an internally threaded multi-ply sleeve comprising a spiral wound second multi-ply material, wherein the second multi-ply material includes an inner ply and one or more outer plies, wherein the inner ply is narrower than the one or more outer plies, wherein subsequent windings of the outer plies abut each other such that the inner ply leaves a gap at each subsequent winding forming an internal thread.

Heat-sealable paperboard structures and associated paperboard-based containers
A paperboard structure including a paperboard substrate having a first major side and a second major side, a barrier coating layer on the first major side of the paperboard substrate, a top coat on the first major side of the paperboard substrate, wherein the barrier coating layer is positioned between the paperboard substrate and the top coat, and a heat-sealable barrier coating layer on the second major side of the paperboard substrate.

Dispensing package
A dispensing package for holding and dispensing food products, such as yogurts, frozen confections, custards, and the like, and may comprise a unitary, one-piece package body preferably comprising wicking-resistant, polymer-coated paperboard material which is liquid impermeable. Non-coated paperboard may alternatively be employed. The package body includes a sidewall having a generally elongated, downwardly and inwardly tapering configuration, and can include a crimped bottom. The sidewall is inwardly deformable so that inward deformation urges product within the package upwardly through the open mouth of the package for dispensing the product. The package can alternatively be configured with a flat bottom, and include a horizontal, bottom flex panel to facilitate deformation of the package for dispensing product. This embodiment permits the package to be readily positioned in a standing, upright orientation during consumption so that product does not inadvertently flow from the package.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PLASTIC-FREE BUTTON-LOCK TUBE CONTAINERS
A plastic-free, button-lock tube container comprising: a first tube assembly having a cylindrical body with an open end, a closed end, and a first opening formed in the wall of the body; a second tube assembly having a cylindrical body configured to telescopically interface with the first tube assembly along a portion of its length and having a second opening formed therein; a locking apparatus including a manually actuatable button and an elastically deformable structure mechanically coupled to the manually actuatable button such that, when the button-lock tube container is in a closed state, the elastically deformable structure applies an outward radial force to the manually actuatable button such that it projects through the first and second openings and prevents sliding motion between the first and second tube assemblies; wherein the first tube assembly, the second tube assembly, and the locking apparatus are plastic-free components.

UTENSILS HAVING INWARDLY CURVING AND PERPENDICULAR SCORES
A planar utensil element fabricated of a foldable material, and having a length greater than a width. The element comprises first and second scores positioned generally symmetrically about a longitudinal midline of the element, and indicative of where the element is to be folded in order to become a usable utensil; and a third score, generally perpendicular to the first and second scores, traversing the width of the element. The first and second scores each comprise a curved section; the two curved sections form a convex shape with respect to the midline. Folding the element about the first and second scores produces a handle and a bowl; and folding the element 180° about the third score temporarily shortens the length of the element for packaging and shipment purposes, prior to its becoming a usable utensil.
