20190077538 · 2019-03-14 ·

A container includes a base panel, a plurality of first folding panel, a plurality of second folding panel and a plurality of fixation folding panel. The first folding panels are folded up inwardly along respective first folding lines between the first folding panels and the base panel to form a peripheral wall and an accommodation chamber. Each second folding panel is folded up outwardly along one respective second folding line and overlapped on the peripheral wall that is formed of the first folding panels. Each fixation folding panel is folded up outwardly along a respective third folding line and overlapped on the peripheral wall that is formed of the first folding panels. Thus, the user can provide foods in the container for eating, and the container can be unfolded to form a plate to holding foods.

ONE PIECE TELESCOPING GRAPHIC BLOCK PACKAGING

A telescoping graphic block package includes a tray configured to package and display product placed therein. A graphic block is slidingly connected to the tray for telescoping relative to the tray along a telescoping axis. A set of folding panels connects the tray to the graphic block. The tray can include a bottom panel and two side panels on either end of the bottom panel. The side panels can be opposed to one another along the telescoping axis. A back panel can be connected to the bottom panel. A front panel can be connected to the bottom panel across from the back panel relative to the telescoping axis. The graphic block can include a front panel, a top panel, and side panel orthogonal to both the front panel and the top panel, wherein the side panel of the graphic block is normal to the telescoping axis.

SIZE-ADJUSTABLE MANDREL AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING A BOX USING THE SAME
20190061298 · 2019-02-28 ·

A mandrel designed for use in the construction of a custom-sized box includes a common platform on which a plurality of peripheral members is independently mounted. Each peripheral member comprises a disc-shaped base rotatably mounted on the common platform, a tongue slidably mounted within a channel formed in the base, and a vertical upright rotatably mounted at one end of the tongue. To construct a box, an elongated continuous strip of material is helically wrapped around the vertical uprights to form a main box body with a plurality of bands. Cutting mechanisms in each upright are actuated to create slots in the main box body that define flaps used to selectively enclose the open top and bottom ends of the box body. By reconfiguring the vertical uprights in the mandrel, a customized box can be constructed that is dimensioned to receive a consumer product with limited wasted space.

BOX AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING THE SAME
20190061989 · 2019-02-28 ·

A box suitable for the packaging of a consumer product is formed by helically wrapping an elongated continuous strip of material around a mandrel to form a main body with a plurality of bands. In one embodiment, adjacent bands partially overlie one another to form a multi-paneled main body with an open top end and an open bottom end. An adhesive is disposed within the region of contact between adjacent bands to retain the shape of the main body. First and second sets of slots are formed in the main body to create flaps dimensioned to selectively enclose the open top and bottom ends, respectively. To define the flaps and promote pivotal articulation, the main body is also preferably provided with score lines. By adjusting the configuration of the mandrel, a customized box can be constructed that is sized to receive a consumer product with limited wasted space.

DOUBLE FRONT RETAIL READY PACKAGE
20190023449 · 2019-01-24 · ·

A shipping container convertible to a display configuration, formed from a one-piece blank of sheet material. The container comprises opposing first and second side walls and opposing front and back walls. Top and bottom flaps are foldably joined to respective upper and lower edges of the front, back, and side walls of the container. The front wall comprises outer and inner front panels foldably joined to respective ones of the first and second side walls. A clean cut front separation line extends across the front wall. A side separation line extends diagonally along each of the side walls from opposing ends of the front separation line to an upper back corner of each of the side walls, and a portion of the front wall and side walls above the respective front and side separation lines define a removable cover portion of the shipping container.

Collapsible Case
20180362206 · 2018-12-20 · ·

A collapsible container (200) for a product (202) that may be elastically compressible. The collapsible container design may reduce or prevent damage or permanent deformation of the collapsible container during lacement of a load on the container. The collapsible container includes a plurality of collapsible panels (106A-D) that articulate in a specific manner during placement of a load, resulting in a controlled and temporary partial collapse of the container from an expanded position to a collapsed position. After removal of the load from the collapsible container, the elastically compressible product may decompress and force the collapsible container to expand from the collapsed position back to the expanded position.

ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT CARTON
20240262563 · 2024-08-08 ·

The present invention provides a dispenser for storing and dispensing a stack of sheet material, such as a stack of folded tissue sheets and more particularly a folded stack of facial tissue sheets. The height of the dispenser, particularly the dispensing height of the dispenser, may be adjusted by the user once a portion of the sheets have been dispensed to alleviate one or more problems often associated with dispensing, such as the incidence of dispensing failures due to fall-back. The dispenser includes a bottom panel that is movable from a first position to a second position where the second position places a portion of the bottom panel closer to a dispensing opening disposed opposite the bottom panel.

Electrically actuatable containers and methods for use

An actuatable container includes a first electrode panel and a second electrode panel, wherein the first electrode panel and the second electrode panel each comprises an electrode, an electrode insulation coating surrounding the electrode, an electrode lead, and a plurality of fold regions, the first electrode panel and the second electrode panel are each foldable along the plurality of fold regions to permit the first electrode panel and the second electrode panel to move between a first form and a second form, and the first electrode panel is electrically engageable with the second electrode panel, upon application of a voltage to the first electrode panel and the second electrode panel, to retain the first electrode panel and the second electrode panel in the second form.
