A blank for a container configured to carry a plurality of articles can include a plurality of side panels configured to form a wall defining an interior space, a plurality of bottom panels connected to a the plurality of side panels and configured to interact with each other to form an autobottom. The autobottom can be configured to cover at least a portion of a bottom of the interior space in a formed position, and one or more divider handle assembly panels foldably connected to one or more of the bottom panels and configured to form a handle and to form at least one divider configured to divide the interior space into at least two compartments.

A box handling system is disclosed for use in an object processing system. The box handling system includes a box tray including a recessed area for receiving a box, and the recessed area includes a plurality of floor and edge portions for receiving the box that contains objects to be processed.

A tray has a back wall, at least two side walls, a front wall, and a bottom. The side walls have an inner side wall panel and an outer side wall panel, and a gap between the inner and outer side wall panels. The back wall has an outer back wall panel and an inner back wall panel, and a gap provided between the inner back wall panel and the outer back wall panel. Embodiments of a reusable stackable shipping box are provided herein. The reusable stackable shipping box may be reused and cleaned without causing harm to the integrity of the box. In addition, the box is slightly tapered in shape such that the box may be stacked upon and within other boxes for ease in shipping and organization.

What is essential in the invention is that the corner surfaces of the structurally strong, torsionally rigid, leakproof and liquid-tight packaging box stackable one on top of another are folded and glued to the outer surface of the vertical surface of the short side. An expansion devise includes an unexpended slit sheet roll that is wound on a paper core that is wider than the slit sheet paper. The paper core is placed into a yoke that holds the paper in position on each side of the unexpended slit sheet material. An adjustable downward pressure is exerted on the paper core and the paper core exerts pressure on the yoke. As the paper is pulled, this downward pressure creates the friction required to enable the unexpended slit sheet to be unwind and fed while simultaneously expanding. A blank sheet is formed into a box that stabilizes slit paper sheet wound around a core member.
