Basket Made from Recycled Cardboard or Paperboard Material
A basket of recycled cardboard or paperboard material, for carrying goods/products and belongings, the basket being made with different layers and weight and having different dimensions of length×width×height, with 50×30×10 cm, 30×20×10 cm and 40×25×18 cm being the three preferred ones, the basket having handles (2.1), lines/creases (4), cuts/slits (5, 5.1 and 5.2), folds (6) and fittings (7) to give it the final shape and reinforce the resistance to perform its functions, the basket having handles made of 5 mm kraft twisted cord (2) or the basket material itself (2.1) and spaces (3) reserved for advertising products and brands.
Assembly Structure for Corrugated Packaging
This document describes an assembly structure for corrugated packaging. The assembly structure is made from a single flat piece of fiberboard, including a center panel, two partial side panels, and two tabbed side panels. The center panel forms the bottom (or top) of the packaging. Tabbed side panels form two sides of the packaging, and the partial side panels, combined with the tabs or the tabbed side panels form the other two sides. The assembly structure can be made from corrugated fiberboard. The flutes of the corrugated fiberboard run in a direction that causes, when the panels are folded, the flutes of the two tabbed side panels to be vertical, providing strength in the stacking direction. While the flutes in the partial panels are horizontal, when the tabs of the tabbed side panels are folded to mate with the partial side panels, the flutes of the tabs are also vertical.
Insulated box assembly with overlapping panels
A box assembly includes an exterior piece including a middle portion; a connecting segment coupled to the middle portion by a fold line; and a end segment coupled to the connecting segment by a fold line, the connecting segment positioned substantially perpendicular to the middle portion and the end segment; an interior piece positioned within the exterior piece, the interior piece including a side panel, a space defined between the middle portion and the side panel, the interior piece defining a cavity, the end segment extending into the cavity, the end segment coupled to the side panel; and an insulator positioned at least partially within the space.
Package Covers and Associated Assemblies and Methods
Package covers, assemblies, and methods of making the same are provided herein. A package cover is formed of a foldable paperboard blank that has a front panel, a rear panel, a tab extending from the front panel, and a shoulder connecting the front and rear panels, wherein the rear panel defines a notch configured to receive the tab therethrough when the blank is folded into a cover configuration, and wherein the front panel is printed.
Security device for product packaging
An RFID security device for product packaging is disclosed. The security device includes an RFID tag disposed on a first portion of a product package, and a booster antenna disposed on a second portion of the product package. The RFID tag and booster antenna are positioned on the product package so that the RFID tag will be electromagnetically coupled to the booster antenna when the product package is closed, and the RFID tag will be decoupled from the booster antenna when the product package is open.

Food holder
Described herein is a food holder including a multiple-panel, tapered sleeve that may include a forward panel, a rear panel, two front-side panels and two back-side panels that for an irregular shape. The multiple-panel sleeve includes a multiple-panel bottom member connected to the bottom edges of the forward and rear panels. The bottom member includes a foldline that allows the bottom member to project upwards into a space defined by the panels when the space between the forward and rear panels is reduced. The food holder includes a tear-away portion defined by a line of perforations which may be removed by a consumer to allow access to lower portions of the food product. The irregular, tapered shape and proportionality of the bottom member promote the structural integrity of the food holder.
PAPERBOARD ARTICLE FOR MAKING A CONTAINER AND CONTAINER COMPRISING THE PAPERBOARD ARTICLE
A paperboard article (1) for making a container (8) comprises an annular frame (2), which surrounds an internal zone (20), and a plurality of wings (3) connected to the annular frame (2). Each wing (3) comprises a first portion (31) and a second portion (32), wherein the second portion (32) is connected to the annular frame (2) and is interposed between the annular frame (2) and the first portion (31). The paperboard article (1) is configured to adopt a flat configuration and an expanded configuration. In the flat configuration, the paperboard article (1) has a substantially planar shape and the wings (3) are to coplanar without overlapping each other. In the expanded configuration, the paperboard article (1) has a substantially tray-like shape, wherein the annular frame (2) forms an annular flange (71), the first portions (31) of the wings (3) form a bottom wall (72) and the second portions (32) of the wings (3) form lateral walls (73). For at least one pair of wings (3), the first portion (31) of a first wing has a seat (34) and the first portion (31) of a second wing has a projection (35) that is housed in the seat (34) of the first wing: in the expanded configuration, an edge section (37) of the projection (35) makes contact with an edge section (36) of the seat (34).
PACKAGE ASSEMBLY FOR PACKAGING OBJECTS
The present disclosure may provide a package assembly for packaging an object. The package assembly may include a bottom panel, at least one group of side panels, a left panel, a right panel, and at least one fastener. The at least one fastener may correspond to the at least one group of side panels respectively. For each of the at least one fastener, the fastener may be fixedly connected to a portion of a corresponding group of side panels. The portion of the group of side panels can be folded inwardly to make the fastener contact with an object placed on the bottom panel. The left side panel and the right side panel can be folded outwardly to fasten the fastener such that the object is fixed on the bottom panel.
