APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR A FOLD DOWN MULTIPLE CAVITY DIVIDER
20200180809 · 2020-06-11 ·

An improved collapsible container configured with a base member and at least one multiple cavity or compartment divider either permanently or removably attached to the base member at a pivot point. The multiple cavity divider is configured to close into a relatively flat portion that can be rotated about the pivot point and positioned against the base portion in a storage state, and the multiple cavity divider is configured to be expanded into an open position about the pivot point to create a number of separate cavities. Further, the base member is configured to provide support for the bottom of each of the cavities when the multiple cavity divider is in the expanded position, and the base member is configured to provide support for the multiple cavity divider when it is in the fold down or storage position.

The present invention is directed to a container having increased compression strength. Embodiments of the container comprise a pair of opposing side walls, each of which may include at least one layer of corrugated board having horizontal fluting and at least one layer of corrugated board having vertical fluting. Embodiments of the container also comprise a pair of opposing end walls, each of which may include at least one layer of corrugated board having horizontal fluting and at least one layer of corrugated board having vertical fluting. Embodiments of the container may be prepared from a single blank of corrugated board and may have a bottom surface that is integral with each of the side walls and each of the end walls so as to be considered leak proof. Embodiments of the container may also be configured to be collapsible to a substantially flat arrangement.

FLATTENABLE VOLUME-OPTIMIZED CONTAINER
20240017875 · 2024-01-18 ·

A flattenable volume-optimized container, having a prism-shaped layout, formed of at least eight mutually connected sidewall parts, of which sidewall parts, two respectively are essentially parallel to one another and have the same sidewall length, wherein, with respect to the center point of the layout, the sidewall parts are arranged at least essentially point-symmetrically, and at least one bottom part essentially perpendicularly alignable with respect to the sidewall parts and foldable between the sidewall parts, and hinged to at least two sidewall parts. The invention includes four of the sidewall parts having a length which is greater than the length of four other sidewall parts, and two sidewall parts mutually opposite with respect to the center point each have a folding line on their side median, by which the ring can be flattened and which are situated on the outer boundary of the flattened container.

Break pack container

An example blank for a break pack container is described. The blank includes first and second fold lines extending across at least a portion of a sheet of cardboard material. The blank includes wall portions bounded by the first and second fold lines, one of the wall portions including a first perforated section or cutout formed between the first and second fold lines. The blank includes a first top flap extending from the first fold line, the first top flap including first and second opposing ends, the first end of the first top flap including a first side flap connected to the first top flap by a third fold line. The first side flap is configured to be folded over a wall portion and inserted into the first perforated section or cutout when the sheet of cardboard material is folded into the assembled configuration.

Package or product and a package or product roll
