CHILD RESISTANT CONTAINER WITH ACTIVATOR BUTTONS
A child resistant container having a three-point activator system is provided. The container comprises a tray, a carton or other enclosure and a plurality of buttons that must be simultaneously depressed or otherwise activated to remove the tray out of the carton. The buttons are positioned so as to require an adult hand to operate.
Child-resistant containers and packaging
The child-resistant container includes a receptacle having an inner cavity, a lid that selectively couples with the receptacle to enclose the inner cavity when in a locked position, and a lock movable between the locked position securing the lid to the receptacle to substantially prevent access to the inner cavity and an unlocked position permitting the lid to move relative to the receptacle to expose access to the inner cavity. The receptacle and lid combination may include a lid that pivots relative to a container about a hinge and locks thereto by locking catches in the container sidewalls; or may include an outer housing enclosing an inner storage container in slide-in relation, wherein a pair of safety tabs extend from the inner storage container and through the outer housing into a respective pair of locking channels formed therein.
Smoking Material Container System
A smoking material container system has a housing which has an interior container which is slidably positionable into a surrounding sleeve. A folding funnel can be used to place smoking material into rolled cigarette papers. A grating component may also be included to allow the user to grate course smoking material into grated particles which are easier to position within the cigarette papers.

CHILD-PROOF PACKAGE, PROCESS OF MAKING THE SAME AND METHOD OF OPENING THE SAME
A child proof package including a container and a case configured for receiving the container; case and container are movable between a closed condition and an open condition. The package includes a safety device having: a first coupling portion carried by the case, a second coupling portion carried by the container; the first and the second coupling portion, in the closed condition of the case, are configured for engaging with each other to define a locking condition of the safety device in which the first and second coupling portion prevent case and container from passing from the closed condition to the open condition. The safety device includes a release portion configured for allowing the disengagement of the first and second coupling portion.

COUPLING SYSTEM, PROCESS OF MAKING THE SAME, CHILD-PROOF CONTAINER AND CHILD-PROOF PACKAGE
A coupling system (1) including a first (93) and a second (94) wall, relatively movable with respect to each other between a close condition and a distanced condition. The coupling system also includes a first coupling portion (12) carried by the first wall, a second coupling portion (13) carried by the second wall, and a selector (90) movable between a first and a second operative position in which, in the close and distanced conditions. The selector allows and prevents the engagement between the first and second coupling portions. The coupling system may be employed in a container, or a package.

Locking packaging container
The technology disclosed herein includes a re-lockable, environmentally friendly packaging apparatus including an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, and at least one locking mechanism configured to lock the inner sleeve inside the outer sleeve. In some implementations, the locking mechanism is an interior mechanism, which locks the inner sleeve in its entirety in the outer sleeve. In some implementations, the locking mechanism is an interior sliding mechanism, which permits the inner sleeve to move partially out of the outer sleeve. In some implementations, the inner sleeve includes a pull tab for removal of the inner sleeve from inside the outer sleeve.
