Procedures and devices to transform three dimensional flexible sealed containers of at least two faces or sides and which in their interior contain at least one fluid and, optionally or complementarily, solid or solids, granulates or powders, by folding at least once over itself, towards at least one direction: at least part of at least one flap/triangular shape (36) or strip (37) over at least part of another part of the same flap/triangular shape (36) or strip (37), alongside with also previously and/or posteriously there will be a seal of at least one part by at least one face or side of the flap/triangular body (36) or strip (37) generated and/or being this one folded at least once over itself.

This system supposes improvements regarding the inalterability of the container, economic and ecological considerations by not having to cut the flaps or triangular shapes, keeping it intact, without fissures or tearings in the initial container body, transformed in 3D.

At the same time, the following advantages are important:

by guaranteeing the conservation and useful life of the container without porousness or leaks, from the moment of the 3D transformation until its later opening and consumption of the product contained within.

by not requiring any sort of adhesive or contact glue to attach or fold the flap/triangular shape (36) or strip (37).

by impeding that the Production Facility generates any defective container transformed in 3D.

by having the invention containers be more stable because the support face or side is wider and more consistent, having at least part of the flap/triangular shape (36) or strip (37) as a support surface in the base.

The bottom panel is disposed between and substantially parallel to the front and back panels in a first configuration to form a label attached to and completely separable from the container. The label is disposed along an outer surface of the container in the first configuration and is configurable to form a receptacle in a second configuration. The front and back panels are separable and the bottom panel is expandable to form the receptacle after the label is removed from the container. The receptacle is capable of holding a consumable product. The receptacle is reconfigurable to the label after use as the receptacle so that the label may be directly reattached to the container. The optional attachment elements cooperate to releasably secure the front, back, and bottom panels to the container in the first configuration.

Disclosed are a compressed-type instant noodle packaging box and a method of manufacturing the same. The packaging box comprises a cuboid packaging box main body (1) of a volume slightly larger than that of the instant noddle block and a box cover (2) covering the packaging box main body, and further comprises a folding container of which a bottom face (4) is adhered together with a bottom face inside the packaging box main body, wherein after opening out in the packaging box main body, the folding container is a cuboid barrel body (14) higher than the packaging box main body; a separately packaged instant noodle bag, seasoning bag and cutlery bag are placed on an upper face of the folding container, and after the box cover covers the packaging box main body, the whole is provided on the outside thereof with a layer of heat-shrinkable film for sealing. The instant noodle packaging box has a small volume, occupies little space, and is convenient for transporting and carrying, the folding and opening methods for the folding container are simple, and the packaging box main body also plays the role of heat insulation.
