Container and packaging system
A packaging comprising a container configured for disposal of a volume of flowable material. A carton configured for disposal of the container, the carton including a wall defining an opening. Visual indicia of the volume is provided. Packaging products, containers, handles, tooling, applicators and methods are disclosed.
Paper container
A paper container having a top portion (4) that is tightly closed by bonding together opposing surfaces of first top sealing panels (20) and opposing surfaces of second top sealing panels (22), and each of side panels (16) is folded along a first side panel folding line (26) and a second side panel folding line (27) to form a flap (35) having a substantially triangular shape. The top portion (4) is formed by folding down the flaps (35) onto right and left side surfaces of a tubular body (3) through mountain-folding along front-side top panel vertical folding lines (17), front-side top panel vertical folding lines (18), and front-side top sealing vertical folding lines (23), and through valley-folding along second top portion horizontal folding lines (15) and back-side top sealing vertical folding lines (24).

Container with improved stability and pour spout
The object of the invention is to produce an attractive environmentally friendly biodegradable pouring container. The body of the improved container is optimally formed in the shape of a conical frustum or cylinder. The assembly being a healthier and environmentally superior alternative to traditional plastic non-biodegradable containers. The seams and folds of the container are joined with adhesives or other means, which strengthen the vessel and prevent leakage. The adhesives may be beverage or food friendly and approved by the Food and Drug Administration as required by the container's contents. When used as a drinking-vessel the invention lends itself to a variety of choices for the lid/top designs and the methods of production are straightforward and affordable.
The tapering shape, large at the bottom and narrow on top, provides improved stability due to its lower center of gravity relative to the amount of contents in the container at any given time. Unlike traditional cylindrical beverage vessels and cups, which are narrow at the bottom and wide on top, this shape decreases the likelihood of the container being easily knocked over thereby allowing the invented container to be set on a surface with a greater angularity than containers currently in the art. As an option either container shape can be constructed with three or more protrusions or points of support around the perimeter of the base allowing for additional support or balance. This is potentially an important improvement in stability by now allowing the user to place the container on an uneven surface such as a rock, log, dashboard, console, and etcetera. Additionally, a thin coat of wax, rubber, etc. may be applied to either the base perimeter or base protrusions to add additional gripping strength to prevent the container from slipping.
The entire container may be designed to be environmentally superior by the use of biodegradable materials for all components of the assembly thereby reducing the estimated time required to biodegrade from 700 years or more for typical plastic bottles, down to a few months for the current invention
Collapsible portable reusable container
A collapsible portable reusable container having a plurality of sides, gussets and opposing tension folds, as a tension hinge, optionl brackets as needed, with each gusset having a first section and a second section. One section of the gusset is foldably connected to a panel having an opposing tension fold, preferably on an adjacent connected panel, creating a tension hinge. The above gusset and opposing tension fold placements, allow a user to transform the container from a folded, collapsed position to a freestanding, open position in one simple move with no need for a securing mechanism to keep the container in an open position.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COOLING BEVERAGES IN RETAIL CONSUMER PACKAGING
A method and system is disclosed which provides for cooling beverage containers in a retail consumer multiple beverage container package which includes expandable corners, movable panels, and the ability to expand the interior space in the retail consumer multiple beverage container package so as to permit introduction of ice into the retail consumer multiple beverage container package. The interior space is expanded by stretching accordion joints between panels.
Refillable container
A refillable container includes: an inner container having a suction port at a center of an upper surface portion and a bottom portion with a pyramid shape having a deepest portion at a center of the bottom portion; a support member configured to hold the bottom portion of the inner container to support the inner container in a standing state; a lid member fitted to an outer periphery of the inner container; a discharge pump on a top surface portion of the lid member, the discharge pump including a suction tube inserted through the suction port into the inner container; and a positioning device for positioning the inner container in a vertical direction such that a distal end of the suction tube is located in the pyramid shape of the bottom portion of the inner container.

SQUARE LIQUIDS RETAINING BOWL-TYPE FOLDED CONTAINER
A liquid retaining folded laminar container made from a cold or heat pre-cut paper or plastic sheet. The laminar container comprises engraved lines that enable folding to form a container. The laminar container has a circular base having a double concentric cone. The laminar container's sides close on itself to create a self-bearing square, or geometric, outline container with lids. The container is manually formed from the an engraved laminar sheet. The containers can be stored and transported flat.
